This role will focus on advising customers looking to enhance their business or operational outcomes through the use of Data and Analytics on AWS. In this role you will advise on architecture best practices, lead projects, manage customers stakeholders and conduct customer workshops and implement complex Data workloads with our customers and partners.

Key job responsibilities

• Advise customer’s technologists and business leads; help them to explore the art of the possible with Data and Analytics, and to develop scalable Data solutions on AWS to deliver business value in the most effective way
• Discuss complex industry-specific business concepts with customer technologists and business leads especially in FSI, Telco and Retail
• Drive and deliver large, complex customer engagements across pre-sales and delivery from ideation, through architecture design and scoping, all the way to development, testing and roll out
• Conduct workshop sessions to identify opportunities with our customers to scope how they could deliver business value through the use of Data and Analytics on AWS
• Provide technical leadership and excellence on customer engagements to ensure alignment on scope, deliverables, timeline and customer expected outcomes

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in STEM.
• 5+ years of experience with direct customer (internal or external) interaction with responsibilities in Data and Analytics solutions design, architecture and implementation (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lake House, Data Mesh, Data as a Product and Data Governance including Data quality and controls, etc..).
• Ability to think strategically about business, solutions and technical challenges.
• A minimum of 3 years working experience in ASEAN region, and ability to travel to customer locations in ASEAN as needed for pre-sales and delivery activities

Preferred qualifications

• 3+ years Technical experience preferred, knowledge of Data Technology stack of AWS and integration with Machine Learning and Generative AI
• Industry experience with key vertical markets such as Financial Sector, Telecom, and Retail.
• AWS Experience and Certifications, including implementation of cloud-based Data and Analytics solutions.
• Ability to understand and educate customers on cloud computing technologies and workload transition challenges.
• Advanced degree desired (e.g., MBA, MS)

Test Planning and Strategy:

• Define test strategies, plans, and processes tailored to project requirements.
• Analyze project requirements to identify potential risks and testing needs.
• Create and maintain detailed test plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Team Leadership and Coordination:

• Lead and mentor a team of QA testers, providing guidance and support.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Facilitate communication between QA, development, and project management teams.

Test Execution and Reporting:

• Oversee execution of functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance tests.
• Ensure thorough documentation of test cases, results, and defects.
• Track and report on test progress, coverage, and results to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance:

• Identify, log, and track defects to closure, collaborating with developers for resolution.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance best practices, standards, and procedures.
• Monitor and improve the effectiveness of testing processes and tools.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with product owners and developers to clarify requirements and ensure testability.
• Participate in project planning and risk assessment discussions.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in involving software testing life cycle phases for medium to large-scale systems
• Experience in large scale projects testing and commissioning in the transport/traffic management domain (especially enterprise-wide Traffic Management System related) would be advantageous
• Strong in all aspects of system & software application testing in various test levels such as
• Component Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing and Acceptance Testing
• Experience in using JIRA, Xray, Confluence, Postman, Swagger, REST, JSON, and MS Excel
• Collaborate with various teams to facilitate the orderly execution of assigned tasks
• Written and verbal communication skills to successfully share the testing results and make recommendations

Responsibilities

Process E-commerce order and inventory updating

• Orders processing in various e-commerce in a timely and accurately manner.
• Handle all customers’ enquiries received
