● Manipulate and transform the routing table’s selections for optimising Cost or Quality for

new and existing customers for a set of regional countries.

● Identify solutions/improvements of our internal tools and work with key stakeholders

(Product/Engineering) to eliminate blockers of day-to-day tasks.

● Provide Data analysis for other function stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Sales etc) to

support cross-functional needs.

● Perform operational day-2-day tasks and work towards continuous maintenance of the

service levels specified for our SMS of Voice termination SLOs with internal and external

stakeholders.

Essential for the Role (Must Have)

● Educated to degree level.

● At least 2-3 Years of experience on Cost/Price or Voice and SMS routing or Tech

Support position.

● Proficient in MS Office/Google equivalent data analysis Tools.

● Exposure to Business Intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau etc) or similar.

● Strong analytical skills.

● Ability and willingness to work in a global, fast-paced environment.

● Flexible with the ability to adapt working style to meet objectives.

● Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Roles and responsibility:

1. Provide administrative support to the corporate secretarial team, including preparation of documents
2. To prepare board resolutions and minutes of meetings using templates
3. Update and maintain registers and corporate secretarial records
4. Perform e-filing with ACRA and e-stamping transactions with IRAS
5. Conduct Client due diligence (CDD) procedures and record documentation
6. Assist with providing administrative support to company top management
7. Reach out to clients for statutory deadlines and reminders
8. Respond to clients queries in a timely and professional manner
9. Work with other departments to ensure that the clients requests and requirements are fulfiled

Requirements:

• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

• Prior experience in corporate secretarial work will be advantages but inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- manage all accounting, ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely

- prepare budgeting and monitor expenditure to ensure alignment with the budget

- handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

- reconcile accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, vendor payments and collections

- ensure timely bank payments

- compute taxes and prepare tax returns

- manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

- report on the company’s financial health and liquidity

- reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups

- prepare necessary documentations for external audits and tax submission
