Key Responsibilities
1. Market and Industry Expertise: Familiarize yourself with the beauty and cosmetics market and industry trends, quickly adapt to the internal environment, and develop short, medium, and long-term strategies for brand introduction on our platform.
2. Brand Resource and Collaboration: Possess strong brand resources in the beauty industry, understand the Asia-Pacific brand structure and decision-making logic, pitch to Asia-Pacific decision-makers, persuade them to collaborate with SHEIN, develop pre-collaboration and be responsible for its implementation.
3. Product Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about beauty products, assist the team in guiding merchants in product selection and pricing.
4. Internal Collaboration: Drive internal support and implementation during the collaboration process, coordinate with legal, tax, payment, logistics, customs, product, and other teams to advance the collaboration process and product solutions.
5. Strategic Planning: Design different levels of cooperation between brands and sellers based on the characteristics of the collaborators, in conjunction with the platform's stage planning. Collaborate with marketing, category, and product teams to provide medium and long-term brand support and growth solutions, promote product construction, and develop post-collaboration operation plans.
Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above
2. Experience: Over 5 years of experience in brand solicitation and operation in related industries, preferably with FMCG group companies.

7. Capable of independently managing complex projects across multiple business areas or teams.
