• Strictly manage physical and derivatives trading risks in accordance to company compliance and risk management policies;
• Complete the annual work plans, assessment objectives and budgets of oil products book;
• Maintain good business relations with suppliers and clients, actively seek cargo sources, explore new business and develop new regional markets;
• Develop new businesses and markets; improve and optimize current business models to improve its value proposition to customers/end users;
• Be part of the ship chartering decision-making process of relevant oil products according to the company's chartering management system;
• Develop and expand regional trades, assist relevant departments to carry out risk pre assessment and feasibility study on the relevant markets. Facilitate the company's physical and sales assets to achieve the desired results;
• Assist in the research, development and evaluation of new products and trading models to improve the profitability of the business;
• Responsible for timely entry of the trade entry system/database (CXL), establishing the business database, putting forward optimization suggestions for the relevant business systems of the company, and maintaining the data during the operation of the system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Chemical Engineering/ Business Management/ related field or equivalent;
• Min. 3 years of work experience, with a preference for candidates who have engaged in jet fuel or other refined oil trading;
• Good ethics and professional conduct, and with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
• Good organisational, time management skills and stress tolerance with proven ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Excellent command of English and Chinese languages (as the position needs to frequently communicate with English/Chinese speaking stakeholders verbally/ in writing as well as to prepare and proof-read English/Chinese official documents and presentations whenever appropriate).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work with an experienced Support Engineering team to research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Take ownership of global customer issues reported via Netsuite ticketing system and see problems through to resolution by liaising with Edisen team members
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Capable of documenting procedures pertaining to IT support and networking troubleshooting in Confluence & Sharepoint
• Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity
• Develop solutions that improve our teams' ability to support customers
• Take part in 24-hour on-call pager duty weekly roster with 4 other team members to resolve occasional critical issues
• Learn and understand our video technology platforms

WHAT YOU NEED

• Certification in networking, technology or another related field is preferred
• Working experience in support ticket management, engineering and troubleshooting is preferred but not required
• Proficient knowledge of basic networking (DNS, TCP/IP, OSI model) is preferred
• Experience in managing systems, network communication, advanced metadata exchange of mission critical 24/7 operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is preferred (Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Ability to troubleshoot system malfunctions and network connectivity problems effectively.
• English language professional proficiency is required (written & verbal)

This role will oversee end-to-end management of English and Chinese marketing channels, including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Website, RED, and WeChat. The ideal candidate will establish a strong brand image, amplify our presence in target markets, and support lead generation efforts through strategic content creation and collaboration with the BD team to optimize the conversion funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Channel Management

• Create high-quality English and Chinese content, including blog posts, press releases, social media copy, and marketing collateral (e.g., presentations, brochures, and digital assets) to enhance brand image and online presence.
• Plan and execute content calendars for platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), RED, and WeChat, ensuring consistent and engaging posts.
• Monitor channel performance, refine strategies, and optimize content delivery.

SEO & Advertising

• Analyze website traffic and SEO trends to uncover content opportunities and optimize materials for key markets using relevant tools.
• Manage or support paid media campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and RED ads, to increase traffic and engagement.

Collaboration & Campaign Execution

• Partner with internal teams, external stakeholders, and designers to execute effective content strategies and campaigns.

• Track and evaluate content and campaign performance, reporting on ROI, lead generation, and pipeline development.
• Set KPIs to assess the success of initiatives and refine future strategies.

Brand Visibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Writing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience creating omni-channel content, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms like LinkedIn and RED.
• Basic proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
• Website management experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
