Job Description

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and working closely with IT and development teams to deliver effective solutions. Your role will involve gathering and translating business needs into technical specifications, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals.

We are looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented team member to join our global Trust and Safety Legal Support Team. In this role, you will address legal requests seeking customer information and perform account reviews to assist in combating abuse in line with Cloudflare’s Terms of Service. This is a position where you will also gain familiarity with the inner workings of Cloudflare's technology and policies.

Responsibilities:

• Be part of a world class globally-distributed team.
• Help administer efficient and compliant handling of legal requests, including but not limited to requests for information in response to third-party civil matters as well as in legal process served from law enforcement and government officials.
• Be responsible for performing operations seamlessly and timely Service-Level Agreement (SLA) delivery along with maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
• Partner with cross functional teams including Public Policy, Legal, and Product Engineering teams to ensure our policies and processes are carried out in a scalable fashion.
