Role Description
The position reports directly to the Chief Operation/Sales Officer. A Sales Manager plays a vital role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets while integrating marketing strategies. They lead and motivate the sales team, setting objectives and developing plans to meet company goals. Key responsibilities include creating sales strategies, forecasting revenue, and analyzing market trends. They also collaborate closely with the marketing department to align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns and promotions. Overseeing training and development, building client relationships, and addressing customer needs are essential duties.
Individual will be involved in:

Preferred Competencies:
1. Sales Analytics: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and trends to make informed decisions.
2. Forecasting: Skills in sales forecasting and budgeting techniques.
3. Digital Marketing: Understanding of digital marketing principles and social media strategies.
4. Presentation Software: Competency in using tools like PowerPoint or Keynote for creating sales presentations.
5. Spreadsheet Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
6. Training: Coming up with training plan to guide future managers on the important skills that a sales representative needs
7. Developing Sales Pitch: Product Knowledge ensures they can confidently answer questions and demonstrate the value of their offering. Listen to client's woes and identify strategy to improve their current process.
Candidate will be contracted to the PropertyConnect Private Limited for a period of 6 months, during which, training and guidance will be provided. Thereafter, the candidate can choose to convert into a full-time employee with the company.
