Objectives of this role

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior managers to ensure quality customer service and help supervise team members who have diverse talents and responsibilities
• Meet regularly with senior managers to develop and report on strategic plans for team objectives
• Manage controllable expenses and supplies within approved budgets to achieve profitability targets
• Fill in for senior managers as needed, oversee budgets, and coordinate schedules, inventory, and supplies
• Monitor customer and client satisfaction and quality assurance, reporting any problems, accidents, unsafe conditions, or equipment trouble to senior managers
• Track performance and conduct employee reviews

• Proven experience in retail or corporate management roles
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Competency with CRM software
• Experience conducting performance reviews

• Knowledge of inventory management

• Involving with daily & monthly stage performance (ie. Singing)
• Work schedule required to attend events at night
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, public relations skills, marketing and advertising skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills, talent and singing skills, must be friendly, independent, aggressive, and has the ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to modulate voice and change pitch to match each song type
• Experience in live performances or shows would be advantageous.
• Able to work in Night Entertainment Clubs

Database Engineer

1. Job Scope:

1. Populate the static/dynamic data (DML).

2. Collaborating with team to better meet project needs.

3. Troubleshooting system issues and resolving errors.

4. Reports template requirement gathering and design.

1. Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree of Computer Engineering or Information Technology

2. Minimum 2 years of working experience on SQL commands.

3. Experience in Ms Excel Macro, Vlookup and VBscript.

4. Experience in create database functions, stored procedure, views and trigger.

5. Basic knowledge on crystal report.
