Key Responsibilities:

As the Technical Architect for the OutSystems platform, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of an enterprise-grade OutSystems application. You will work in close collaboration with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Government stakeholders to deliver a robust and scalable solution. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Architectural Design & Oversight:
   Lead the design and development of the technical architecture for OutSystems applications, ensuring alignment with the project goals and compliance with relevant Government standards.
2. Environment Setup & Management:
   Oversee the installation, configuration, and performance tuning of OutSystems environments, both on-premises and in the cloud, ensuring they are optimized for stability, security, and scalability.
3. Project Delivery & Milestones:
   Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure technical deliverables meet project milestones, deadlines, and quality standards.
4. Collaboration with Solution Architect:
   Collaborate with the Solution Architect to ensure the technical design is consistent with the overall solution architecture, supporting key architectural decisions.
5. Platform Upgrades:
   Lead the planning and execution of at least one full platform version upgrade for OutSystems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and a seamless transition for users.
6. Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing:
   Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
7. Stakeholder Engagement:
   Engage with Government stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications. Ensure technical solutions align with project expectations and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years working with OutSystems, with a strong background in technical architecture, system design, and enterprise-level application development.
• Proven track record of leading OutSystems projects, ideally in the Public Sector or Government domain.

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with OutSystems architecture, including installations and configuration in both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining applications and environments using OutSystems LifeTime.
• Demonstrated ability to lead platform version upgrades for OutSystems applications.
• Deep understanding of best practices in scalability, performance optimization, and security for OutSystems applications.

Certifications & Education:

• OutSystems certification is highly preferred.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is an advantage.

Industry Knowledge:

• Prior experience working on Government projects or within the Public Sector is preferred, with a focus on compliance, security, and regulatory standards.
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards in Government projects is a plus.

Job Description

• Work hand in hand with sales team to plan delivery schedule for new product releases and restock requests in accordance to internal shipping guidelines
• Manage the import procedure for finished goods from country of origin to local warehouse
• Coordinate with local warehouse to arrange products for pick and pack
• Handle full range of export functions of Bushiroad’s products to different stakeholders across our network of distributors
• Ensure inventory accuracy for both local and overseas warehouses and conduct periodic cycle count and disposal
• Liaise with 3rd party logistics providers to obtain shipping quotes and compare costing for raw materials import shipment
• Work closely with Events Team to ship promotional materials timely and accurately
• Pick, pack and arrange courier shipments
• Drive continuous improvement for internal processes and optimize logistics costs
• Manage 3rd party logistics providers and assist with implementation of logistics processes, monitor their performances and ensure maintenance of their service level commitments and costs
• Verify 3rd party logistics providers’ billing invoices
• Prepare product availability report and send out to stakeholders fortnightly
• Support in internal and external audits

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or any relevant field of study
• Has at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a logistics customer service role or equivalent
• Has knowledge in import and export procedures in terms of Air & Sea freight
• Has knowledge in Incoterms 2020 and Harmonised Code classification
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess skills in data analysis, tasks management and ideas generation
• Possess positive attitude, with a mindset that strives for constant improvements
