Requirements:

· Min. 1 year of relevant working experience.

· Able to carry heavy goods.

· Good team player and positive attitude.

· Willing to grow with company.

· Able to speak English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking associates.

· Able to OT and work on P.H when required.

• Responsible for providing forecast and budgeting reports
• Subject matter expert in regulatory reporting related projects and PoC calculation
• Ensure compliance to statutory requirements for entities in the regional and keep abreast of changing regulatory requirement
• Assist Overseas Financial Controller in preparing the consolidated financial statements and lead monthly reporting of actual financial results / operating metrics
• Responsible for company accounts
• Coordinate with external auditors and auditing preparation and reports on a periodical basis
• Liaising with Head Office and able to travel overseas for financial meeting
• Able to use Inhouse systems for reporting
• Requires upload reports

Job scope

- Photograph and edit images of shoes, bags, and luggage

- Designing the promotional poster (added advantage if knowledge of Canva/Adobe Illustrator/Adobe Photoshop)

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce platform administration and fulfillment.

- Pack products ordered through the e-commerce platform.

- Dispatch orders accurately to the logistics partner.

- To create, manage and upload product listings for Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Shopify, and Tiktok.

- Assist in live-stream selling sessions on Facebook, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok.

Requirement

- Malaysian, PR, Singaporean

- Minimum Diploma in related field.

- Fresh entry / Minimum 1-2 years related experience.

- Able to work overtime

- Basic skill in Photography

- Basic skill in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop

- Able to speak English and Mandarin to oversee activities with Chinese-speaking associates

Responsibilities:

· Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, by supervising and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.

· Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping.

· Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues.

· Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.

· Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.

· Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.

· Assisting with deliveries where required.

Requirements:

· 2+ years warehouse management experience.

· Able to commit 5.5 Days Work Week (Mon-Sat)

· Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.

· Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.

· Valid Class 3 Driving License and Forklift License.

· Proficient computer skills.

· Able to speak English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking associates.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.

· Ability to work with all levels of company staff.
