• Contribute to the development and ongoing enhancement of OSL's RWA platform to support the distribution of tokenized RWAs to clients in Hong Kong.
• Collaborate with global fund issuers and OSL's clients to ensure the platform meets regulatory and operational requirements, including cross-border distribution of tokenized assets.

• Min 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on blockchain, tokenization, digital assets, or financial products.
• Proven experience in managing tokenization projects or digital securities products, particularly in the context of real-world assets (RWAs).
• Knowledge of financial products such as money market funds, asset-backed securities, or other traditional financial instruments is preferred.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, token economics, and the tokenization process.
• Familiarity with global financial markets and regulations, particularly in Hong Kong, Singapore and other major jurisdictions.

Perform diagnostic analysis of the network system, identify possible faulty devices, troubleshoot faulty modules, troubleshoot network problems and outages and prepare necessary documentation detailing actions taken.

-Monitor system performance and track usage and develop and deliver a trend analysis of system load, usage and response.

-Monitor the reachability of all connections within the network adhering to circuit restoral priorities and initiate troubleshooting to restore full network capability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and participate in meetings with clients and technical teams to resolve variation orders (VO) and other contractual matters.
• Negotiate pricing with subcontractors for awarded packages, and prepare essential documents, including Letters of Intent (LOI), and Subcontract Agreements, along with contractual review reports.
• Manage variation orders, and issue payment certificates to subcontractors until final account settlement, including applying contra charges where applicable.
• Oversee the preparation of progress claims and provide detailed information to the Project Director/Manager for quantification and variation claims.
• Manage progress claims, update progress payments, and handle variation orders.
• Attend meetings with clients, subcontractors, and the project team to discuss additional work requirements and verify progress claims and payments.
• Drafting correspondence letters related to contract matters.
• Advise the project team on contractual rights, complaint resolution, and VO settlements.
• Conduct cost exercises, summarize bid details, and lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Evaluate tender proposals, clarify terms, and ensure budget alignment.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction or built environment industry.
• Previous experience in pre- and post-contract work for a MNC and international scale projects is advantageous.
• Highly motivated individual with strong confidence, drive, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized and able to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Report to Project Director on project management, site management, and risk control to achieve project goals.
• Handle construction planning, scheduling, baseline programs, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project schedules and report progress according to the baseline program.
• Assist PD in preparing project reports (e.g., monthly reports, VO management, EOT assessments).
• Liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on project matters, providing technical and non-technical solutions.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure contractual compliance and timely completion.
• Support the Contracts Department with tenders, including drawings, method statements, proposals, and claims preparation.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure progress remains on schedule.
• Oversee quality control, safety, and EHS practices on-site, identifying high-risk activities and approving method statements.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in Civil Engineering or equivalents.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
