Responsibilities:

• Undertake the duties of driver
• Load and unload residents/clients to the trolley or wheelchair and onto the transporter
• Maintain the cleanliness and road worthiness of the transporter through daily checking of vehicle(s) performance of minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicle(s) as required
• Complete daily equipment checklist before duty starts
• Maintain cleanliness and optimal condition of the transporter
• Maintain proper records of the patients and service provided

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N' or ‘O’ Level
• First aid and CPR trained
• Valid class 3 driving licence
• 1-3 years of experience preferred
• Previous experience as a paramedic/medic an added advantage
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well to people of all levels
• Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
• Ability to speak a few languages or dialects will be an added advantage

The laboratory, led by Assoc Prof Tan Meng How, focuses on developing and applying cutting-edge biotechnologies, including high-throughput next-generation sequencing (NGS) and CRISPR-Cas systems, to read, write, and decipher genomes and transcriptomes in living cells.

The Project Officer will play a key role in advancing new tools and methodologies to push the boundaries of genomics and synthetic biology.
