We are looking for an Executive/ Assistant Manager to join our team for assisting execution of ongoing programs and helping with the roll-out of new education programs.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to a portfolio of education programs and ensuring that the programs are completed in budget and on-schedule.
Managing Education Programs
- Track program enrolment and assist with any queries related to the enrolment process.
- Assist with the booking of venues and facilities for the programs.
- Coordinate with various vendors for materials and supplies related to the program and ensure timely deliveries
- Oversee the program execution, including manage the temp staff hired during program execution.
- Analyse and present feedback data from the programs conducted.
- Develop information materials related to the programs.
General Administrative Tasks
- Work with the program design team to understand the details of program content and delivery methods.
- Conduct outreach activities for existing and new groups of clients (mainly education institutions).
- Help with the drafting is letters and documents related to programs.
- Analyse and present feedback data from the programs conducted.
- Maintain program related accounts and invoices
- Assist the Directors with other general Admin work (filing of documents, scheduling meetings, sending invitations, setting zoom meetings etc)
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of work experience in account management, administration, procurement or project management.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good IT skills (including Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Zoom, etc)
