· Co-ordinate with and instruct sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanship

· Ensure project document control system effectively updates, reproduces, stores, retrieves, maintains document control logs, distributes and tracks all technical and design documents, supports technical & operations manuals and coordinates order change control process

· Prepare correspondence, organization charts and spreadsheets including typing, formatting, collation and distribution.

· Any other Ad-hoc administrative duties

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree (prefers B.E. in Civil Engineering), Master Degree.

. Accounting and administrative knowledge.

· Experience in Drafting of Drawing in CAD software.

· Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in project administration.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

About the Role:
As a Growth Manager, you will take ownership of multi-channel performance marketing strategies with a strong focus on Meta and Google Ads. You’ll drive creative and performance strategies that enhance user engagement, increase traffic, and drive conversions. You will be responsible for managing funnels, executing content and ad strategies, and improving conversion rates through data-driven insights and CRO testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies across Meta, Google, Youtube and other relevant platforms.
• Conceptualize and execute ad strategies that align with current trends, creating impactful visuals and landing pages that drive conversions.
• Manage and optimize ROAS across Meta, Google, and other platforms, leveraging A/B testing and data insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Setup, review and optimize ad performance daily and advise the content and creative teams to maximize content strategy. 
• Create and execute content strategies for creative content briefs and audience expansion
• Stay ahead of digital trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices to craft ad and landing page concepts that resonate with target audiences.
• Lead A/B testing initiatives for creative content, landing pages, and workflows, ensuring continual optimization for CRO.
• Analyze Google Analytics 4 data to improve growth strategies and funnel optimizations.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing with multi-channel expertise (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ad Manager and Google Analytics.
• Expertise in funnel management, A/B testing, CRO, and scaling performance marketing strategies.
• Strong expertise in creative strategy development, particularly in designing engaging ads and landing pages.
• Proven track record in executing successful campaigns focused on conversions, traffic growth, and audience engagement.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and optimize accordingly.
• Experience working in D2C or e-commerce environments is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Description of Client Success Manager

What you will do:

• Build strong rapport with key client stakeholders and own the entire client lifecycle from successful onboarding, launch to ongoing relationship and/or engagement initiatives management, quarterly business reviews and driving business growth through renewals by increasing an account’s annual recurring revenue and in parallel, reduce risk of churn.  
• Enhance client satisfaction and trust by boosting adoption, retention, and engagement through proactive monitoring and analysis of client data, providing valuable recommendations, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.   
• Demonstrate expert understanding of ThoughtFull’s products, services, and engagement initiatives (including clear demonstration sessions).   
• Develop and deliver activation programs and/or engagement and communications plans at scale (including collaboration with internal teams) to drive education, increase engagement levels and create meaningful quantified impact based on client’s needs.  

• Minimum experience of 3 years in client success, account management, change management or strategic Human Resources in a medium to large organisation (matrix, Software as a Service (SaaS) or management consulting organisation is an added advantage) where you have demonstrated the ability to manage multiple projects/portfolios with either high recognised revenue or large/diverse set of stakeholders.  

• Displays a strong professional conduct, excellent stakeholder management (from rank-and-file to C-suite) and written and verbal communication skills tailored to fit audience.  

• Strong business acumen and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills, i.e., the ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver several initiatives at any given time.  

• Ability to utilise quantitative and qualitative data analysis to derive insights and drive key success metrics such as client engagement and utilisation.  

• Proactive, a fast learner, resourceful with a high regard for discipline and commitment to your work.  

• Continuously thinks of ways to make processes and your (and the team’s) work more efficient and leaner while achieving impact with clients.   

• Comfortable working, navigating and taking ownership in an environment of rapid growth, change and states of flux, and ambiguity.
