The role

You will be responsible for designing, steering, and continuously improving Love, Bonito’s global social strategy. You will play a key role in supercharging the brand’s social growth across key global social media platforms such as but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and more through thoughtful and refreshing content and storytelling. UWCSEA is seeking Deputy Director of Residential Life to join us in April 2025. Candidates who are available from August 2025 will also be considered.

We are currently seeking a Deputy Director of Residential Life - Dover Campus. The Deputy Director of Residential Life (Campus) oversees operational and pastoral matters for the campus boarding community, reporting to the Director of Residential Life (College) and Head of Campus on each campus. They will maintain and enhance our strong and supportive residential culture of 190 students (Dover) from grades 8 to 12, leading a campus team of residential houseparents, non-residential assistant houseparents and boarding support staff. The Deputy Director of Residential Life will work with other pastoral, academic and support teams across the College to ensure high standards of care for our residential students. The Deputy Director of Residential Life will be a member of the extended Campus Leadership Team as well as act as one of the Designated Safeguarding Leads for the boarding students.

This is an exciting time to join the residential communities on Dover campus as they build on strong foundations and innovate in the areas of best practice in duty of care, pastoral care and transitions care for our boarding communities. The initial contract is for a three-year period, subject to review of the College residential life structure and organisation. This is a non-teaching role.

• Contribute to the ongoing development and organise BISI’s research programme to support its strategic direction and mission.

• Provides recommendations to Management about potential sources of incremental revenue e.g. promotions etc.

• Submits regular restaurant revenue and expense forecasts.
• Submits monthly sales analysis with respective improvement recommendations/action plan.
• Ensures all reports generated are accurate before submission.

• Arranges training for all colleagues in line with established training requirements and co-ordinates all arrangements for proper execution.

• To assist the appointed Project Manager in managing the project inclusive of cost planning, consultant and contractor procurement, design management, construction management until project completion and handover.
• On-site coordination of activities of the appointed project consultants in alignment with the project schedule and budget.
• Engage with project stakeholders (internal to the client) and external (e.g., industrial estates, authorities, and providers) in connection with the project.
• Manage and oversight all project procurement and coordination activities including, but not limited to the procurement of early works and main contractors, critical equipment and other specialist suppliers.

The Guest Services Executive is to perform various aspects of the front office operations and demonstrates high level of service throughout the entire guest journey. To ensure that service quality aligned to brand standards and LQA guidelines. He/she will ensure ALL loyalty Program benefits are observed and enrol new loyalty members as required.

Primary Responsibilities
