The Recruitment Coordinator / Candidate Experience Coordinator is an important member of our team, owning the end-to-end candidate management process, and delivering excellent hiring and an exceptional candidate experience.

• Partner and work closely with internal team to deliver a strong candidate pipeline;
• Develop a keen understanding of the talent market and specialized requirements
• Use and manage candidate management tools
• Contribute to awareness through a highly positive candidate outreach
• Build market intelligence by identifying talent trends and contribute to knowledge sharing;
• Source and recruit candidates through various available platforms;
• Screen applications and conduct interviews to assess candidates for open positions;
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

• Ensure the smooth and efficient, operations of the Food & Beverage Division (TASTE restaurant, Le Bar & Banquet) by the established guidelines in the Department Operations Manual.
• Operate the department with positive financial results.
• Supervise and oversee the administration of the Restaurant and Banquet to ensure smooth operations.
• Evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements to the F&B Operations Manager.
• Check the work performance, and turnout of subordinates and assign responsibilities.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of products, menus, and equipment.
• Liaise with Kitchen and Bar on daily Restaurant and banquet Operations.
• Attend weekly departmental meetings when the F&B Operations Manager is unavailable.
• Conduct daily Restaurant & Banquet Operations briefings, in the absence of the F&B Operations Manager.
• Anticipate the volume of business, taking into consideration the occupancy of the Hotel, the holidays, the weather, the activities in the Hotel, and the community in general.
• Assist the F&B Operations Manager in casual labor & contract staff costings.
• Assist the F&B Operations Manager in analyzing daily revenue and cost reports.
• Assist the F&B Operations Manager in enforcing all pre-check and check control procedures in all areas when required with updates.
• Ensure that no single-use plastic containers & cutleries are used following the brand standard.
• Monitor the quality and quantity of all Restaurant and banquet Operations items served timely.
• Maintain good communication & relationships with all other Hotel departments.
• Keep the F&B Operations Manager informed on all items of interest for the department.
• Assist the F&B Operations Manager in coordinating with the respective department heads on any activities that overlap with or concern their departments.
• Enquire guests’ satisfaction and handle guests’ complaints to establish good guest relations.
• Regularly inspect equipment and ensure that they are well maintained and in good working order

The Assistant Front Office Manager will support the Director, Front Office by leading our Front Desk team through building trust and relationships by nurturing a work culture that celebrates diversity, inclusiveness, belonging, growth and development and by inspiring colleagues to deliver heartfelt experiences for each and every guest.

• Ensure smooth operation of the Front Office
• Be responsible in directing, coordinating, and monitoring the overall Front Office operation as directed by Executive Assistant Manager/General Manager to meet the service standards of the Hotel
• Contribute to guest satisfaction by providing a high standard of service in line with norms and procedures through TRUST YOU and Key Performance Index set by Accor
• Assist Front Office Manager with projects related to Front Office as any when required and meeting up with datelines
• Identify personnel development in order to have trained and qualified staff to consistently maintain and increase the Hotel’s service
• Take charge of the ACDC program and work closely with Front Office Manager
• Work with Director of Sales and Assistant/Reservations Manager and take full control of the Front Office operations in the event of overbooking, should the need to transfer guests to other hotels.
• Be responsible for the safety and security of guests, employees and the hotel assets

The incumbent will provide a range of HR services to the company and business units, with partnership with Centres of Excellence in HR, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, talent development and people services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team of Human Resource Business Partners in providing HR insights and advice to the business on all people related issues and initiatives
• Roll out HR strategies that are aligned with the company's overall business objectives
• Develop and implement programs to ensure retention of key staff, and lower the employee turnover
• Improve employee experience and engagement through different communication channels and throughout the employee lifecycle
• Advise and support managers in employee performance management and development
• Develop an effective talent pipeline that addresses the organization's succession plan
• Ensure L&D activities are planned to meet current and future organization and employee needs.
• Partner with Compensation and Benefits team to regularly review market competitiveness, benefit and reward structures, internal relativity and equity to ensure competitiveness
• Review workflow processes to increase the efficiency within the HR teams
• Review HR policies and procedures in line with current employment legislation and/or organizational changes to increase efficiency
• Create and maintain a positive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, inclusion, diversity and positive employee experience
• Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution
• Lead and develop the HR team, providing guidance and support for their professional growth
• Analyse HR key metrics, develop continuous employee feedback mechanisms and use data to develop HR interventions and process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of HR experience
• Proven experience in supporting business units with a true blend of strategic and hands-on operational responsibilities
• A good team player, positive, people oriented and enjoys meeting and talking to people
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business and with good business acumen
• Previous experience in leading a project from scratch and driving to completion
• Confident with ambiguity and having an agile & flexible mindset
• Independent and a quick-learner with strong sense of responsibility and initiative
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
• Demonstrated effective people and workload management skills
• Ability to actively listen and resolve conflict, as well as support, encourage, motivate and grow team members
• Strong understanding of Singapore's current employment laws & regulations (labour law, work visa relation regulations)
