• Reporting & Strategic Planning: Take ownership of client-level annual operational planning (OP), ensuring alignment with regional and cluster leaders. Create detailed sales reports and provide feedback to senior leadership, maintaining a balance between achieving short-term sales goals and driving long-term growth.
• Brand Representation & External Engagement: Advocate for the NielsenIQ brand through external events and client engagements to unlock new opportunities and strengthen relationships.
• RFP Involvement & Client Solutions: Lead and support major RFPs, including multi-market opportunities, while collaborating with local sales leaders to define the best solutions for client-specific needs. Coordinate APAC markets for global RFPs to ensure alignment and consistency.

• To provide the quotation to the customer and purchase the good from the supplier
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through varying modes of communication
• Monitor delivery time, stocks, and goods on order
• Forecast market requirements
• Ensure orders are timely processed and delivered to customers
• To provide good service to all customers and help them solve the problem relative to the company’s products for the customers

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience in a trading company, preferably in in-house sales/marketing
• Good attitude and strong communication
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Working hours:

• Monday - Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm)
• Saturday (8.30 am to 3.00 pm)

• Perform Picking & Packing based on customer order

• Provide customer service and issuing of orders

• Perform loading and unloading of goods，Receive and inspect incoming goods

• Ensure accuracy and quality of items for receiving and delivery

• Communicate with salespersons and drivers

• Perform housekeeping and maintenance of tools and equipment

• Other store duties as and when assigned Requirements

Job Requirements:

• At least an 'O' level or 'N' level qualification

• Hardworking and can support overtime

• Physically fit as this job requires you to carry at least 15kg of goods, and diligent, and able to work independently
