Reporting to the Operations Manager, our manufacturing site is looking for Pharmaceutical Technician to perform manufacturing operations per production schedule in in compliance with cGMP and achieve the operational objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for completing all assigned pharm operations, ensuring accurate documentation completion on modules.
• Meet performance metrics of the assigned operations.
• Provides timely and accurate information to visual boards.
• Responsible for maintaining good facility housekeeping.
• Effectively communicates during shift handover.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:
• A Diploma or Technical School graduate with background in operations and maintenance
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations and maintenance preferably in manufacturing, oil & gas, semiconductor or chemical industries

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Warehouse facility.
• Lead the Warehouse Team and perform daily Warehouse operations on receiving, handling, storing, picking, inspection and packing activities within the Warehouse.
• Develop a warehouse management system by determining product handling, storage, packaging and delivery requirements including space utilization, inventory management, goods inspection and logistics processes / procedures.
• Set-up and maintain Warehouse standards to define Warehouse workflow.
• Responsible to control and monitor inventory levels by conducting regular stock takes and updating inventory records.
• In-charge of monitoring of stock transfer like goods issued to Production or return to Warehouse.
• Facilitate proper paperwork done to ensure stock accuracy in the inventory system.
• Supervise daily activities of the warehouse team and assists on incoming and outgoing goods delivery.
• Practice first in, first out of goods
• Ensuring cleanliness and housekeeping of Warehouse area.
• Continuously looking into ways to improve warehouse operational procedures on stock transfers and operational safety to improve stock integrity and safety of the warehouse operations.
• Any other duties as assigned by Management / Superior.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience on Warehousing role or related functions
• Strong knowledge on Warehouse processes and procedures
• Able to generate Warehouse standards / operating procedures / work instructions.
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Able to lift boxes up to 15kgs. (Manual work 90%, Paperwork 10%)
• Possession of a forklift license is an advantage.
• Experience in handling large shipments and using of warehouse equipment like pallet jack, etc.
• Working knowledge on SAP system is preferred or its equivalent system
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude with a team-player mindset
