Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• Min 5 years Singapore-based FP & Plumbing experiences in Construction Industry.

Job Purpose

· Providing logistics support to internal/external customers.

· Assisting team lead on daily operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Utilize the WMS to create, monitor, and complete all logistics jobs accurately and efficiently, ensuring alignment between the system and physical handling processes. Maintain accurate online data and records to support warehouse operations and compliance requirements.

· Ensure that all jobs are completed within established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for invoicing, leveraging the WMS to streamline processes and meet deadlines effectively.

· Generate reports and analyze data from the WMS to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as job completion and invoicing. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency, customer service, and overall warehouse performance.

· Serve as the primary user and administrator of the WMS for updating warehouse operations and order fulfilments

· Provide excellent Customer Service and be the main Liaison Office for key customers, appointed forwarder and warehouse for related shipment handling Operations and co-ordinate activities between stakeholders via Container Transport Operation staff, Customers, BSL inter-departments.

· Plan container devanning operations and staff deployment with the aim of ensuring business continuity and realizing service and business excellence

· Ensure regular market research on shipping related cost to ensure all shipping cost are within control and stay competitive

Job purpose:

• Responsible for the execution of export/ import haulage arrangement against a PO, with focus on cross boarder shipments.
• Ensure smooth haulage arrangement, i.e. ensure there is truck to execute order as well as the manufacturers are following through with arrangement.
• Review and explore opportunities for improvement against, but not limited to established project plan, and against actual operation

Decision accountabilities:

• Meet the KPI for Haulage
• Understand the internal customers’ requirements and priorities and manage the day to day operation of job expectation.
• Work with all stakeholders of PO to deliver a PO within agreed time

Key responsibilities:

• Process the order in the system as per SOP
• Trouble shoot operational issues to ensure the haulage arrangement is on time. This may go beyond official working hours.
• Update and maintain the master data for haulage in the system to ensure that it supports the order processing.
• Follow up and ensure all the custom documentation is organized in accordance to the respecting export/ import requirements of the country.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of documentation in accordance to internal and external audit requirement.
• To plan and organize weekly pick up schedule to factories and arrange delivery order to trucker for the markets, mainly MYS – SG
• Monitor trucker performance to ensure the factory pickup schedule and delivery to port is executed according to agreed timeline.
• Arrange consolidation of CFS orders to bonded warehouse.
• Ensure zero penalties from Custom Authority, carriers or 3PL due to internal issue.
• Work/Communicate closely with Logistic Manager, Account Management and other key stakeholders, across different HAVI Freight Management business units

Job Description:

- Plan, organise and execute the quality assurance activities at in-process and final QA process stages

- Prepare acceptance test plans and work instructions for the inspection and test of the first article and series MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) units

- Plan and execute acceptance tests for first article and series production units

- Identify special skills and special test equipment that are to be made available or acquire for acceptance of the products

- Identify and evaluate quality problems, relating to the product, process and quality system, to initiate, recommend or provide solutions

- Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to the product, process and quality system

- Conduct failure investigation, monitor and ensure closure of corrective/preventive action

- To perform inspection of MRO units

Job Requirements:

- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering with basic hydraulic knowledge

- Possess Class 3 driving license

- Knowledge of military vehicles or armament will be added advantage

• Work with Manufacturing on developing and establishing workflows and production concepts (to optimize production efficiency &meet customers’ requirements)
• Identify and specify engineering requirements for new projects
• Initiate equipment procurement activities for new projects when needed (with Purchasing)
• Plan and execute tooling qualification activities with supporting groups to achieve successful project execution
• Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in project management & production process
• Plastic injection moulding and mould assembly background preferred
