Responsibilities:

• Industrial Trends & Insights: Analyze market trends, data, and customer insights to generate ideas for NPD.
• Product Positioning: Define competitive positioning and unique selling propositions (USP).
• NPD Leadership: Oversee the entire NPD process, from concept to completion, including reformulations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Cosmetics, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in product development or management within the cosmetics or skincare industry.
• Preferred Candidates with an interest in marketing within beauty, skincare, personal care, or similar industries is a plus.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Training Manager to design, implement, and oversee training programs for our Training Centre located at Sungei Kadut. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Built Environment (Construction) industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others succeed. You will be responsible for ensuring that our team of Trainers are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional service and uphold our company’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions, both in-person and online, to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Identify skills gaps and emerging trends in the Built Environment industry to ensure our training content is up-to-date and relevant.
• Work closely with management and other departments to ensure trainer effectiveness in delivering training

Qualifications:

• Degree in any fields.
• Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role, preferably in Built Environment industry.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant industry certifications or training credentials are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
