Job Description:
ยท Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource functions including manpower planning, recruitment & selection, employee compensation and benefits management, performance management, training & development and staff engagement activities.
ยท Supervise and review the work of the Human Resources Team
ยท Handle work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation, appealing and updating personal particulars to MOM etc.
ยท Handle GST submissions, AIS for Employment Income, Tax Clearance etc., to IRAS
ยท Prepare and submit government bodies and statutory board related surveys
ยท Prepare/Approve Quotations, Claims, Invoices; whenever required, as directed by Operation Manager
ยท Keep track of Insurance matters such as Foreign Worker Medical Insurance, Work Injury Compensation, Security Bonds etc.
ยท Assist in tracking and reporting on available grants issued by the government
ยท Assist as needed in other supporting activities of the HR department
ยท Support general office administration as & when necessary
Requirements:
ยท Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree
ยท At least 4 years of experience in the Human Resource / Admin function in Construction Industry.
ยท Well versed in local regulations relating to human capital, including MOM, CPF and IRAS rules.
ยท Team player with good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of people
ยท Must be able to work independently, driven and takes initiative.
ยท Must be reliable and a strong team player
ยท Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion
ยท Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to handle large volumes of data with accuracy
