Scope & Responsibilities:

• Key equipment/systems include Architectural & building maintenance work, clean room maintenance, fire protection system, security system, painting, docks, grounds, pest control, staff amenities, janitorial, cGMP cleaning and sanitization, gowning services, etc.
• Partners with vendors, establishes KPI and perform audits for vendor service contracts and ensure the performance of outsourced services to established SLA
• Establishes and operates a customer service feedback mechanism to address and timely resolve concerns raised
• Attends SQDIP meeting or production coordination meeting where required
• Maintains facilities work order relating to routine or non-routine maintenance of facilities building maintenance
• Maintains high standards of cleanliness levels as required in various zones in compliance to QA requirements
• Coordinates and manages pest control service program and follow up closely on pest incident and investigation
• Coordinates schedules for operations, maintenance, and administrative staff on required basis for effective facilities program implementation and required enforcement
• Supervise and monitor contractor’s performance in accordance to KPI established
• Provides support in preparation of audit room & war room and ensure facility readiness for audit
• Owns facilities services related Non-Conformance (NC) and Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA)
• Provides training as required and maintains all records as necessary to satisfy SOP's and GxP requirements
• Partner with EHSS to develop and manage sustainability effort
• Manages facility improvement works and supports facilities related cost saving projects
• Manages all facilities soft services, couriers, stationery, meeting rooms, café, pantry, bus services, café operations, etc.
• Participate actively in the site emergency response team and any EHS training
• Lead and manage all site activities within the plant, such as festive celebrations, making it a Great Place to Work

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in engineering or Facilities Management OR
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Facilities Management and 2 years of engineering, operations or facilities experience in GMP environment OR
• Associate’s degree in engineering or Facilities Management and/or 6 years of engineering, operations or facilities experience in GMP environment OR
• High school diploma in Engineering or Facilities Management / GED and 8 years of engineering, operations or facilities experience in GMP environment
• Familiar with documentation in a highly regulated environment
• Knowledge in NC/CAPA/Change Control, engineering documentation, drawing or records management
• Experience in managing contractors and vendors
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with high computer literacy
• Strong customer service focus personalities

As an Engineer, you will be part of a team that is responsible for business and customers’ success. Key objectives include ensuring customers’ products, inclusive and notwithstanding of software, hardware and related components having the appropriate security mechanisms in place.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cybersecurity assessments and conformity assessments on Consumer, Industrial and Medical related products and systems.
• Conduct Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing (i.e. Web, Mobile, Cloud and API) in accordance to various standards on products and systems
• Develop testing specifications and methodology based on international standards.
• Conduct source code reviews and threat modelling pertaining to products
• Research and keep up to date with the current threat landscape, attack vectors and testing techniques with regards to IoT/product-related technologies
• Cross-collaboration to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
• Develop and review documents according to guidelines and frameworks.
• Product knowledge and testing on any of the following requirements but not limited to:
• IoT cyber security requirements (ETSI EN 303 645, NIST IR 8259A, CSA CLS, etc.)
• OT cyber security requirements (IEC 62443 series, ISASecure, etc.)
• Medical products cybersecurity requirements (MDR, FDA, IEC 81001, etc)

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronics/Computer/Information Engineering or Computer Science, Information Systems/Security or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience relating to cybersecurity and/or products-based technologies.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as OWASP Top 10, PTES, OSSTMM, MITRE
• Knowledge of networking and communication protocols, where Professional certification in Comptia Sec+, Network+ or equivalent is good to have.
• Professional certification such as CREST, OSCP, eCPPT, eMAPT, GPEN, PenTest+ would be an added advantage.
• Good understanding and knowledge of IoT-based technologies and architecture.
• Hands-on experience in performing vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Results and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative, good communication and written skills.
• A proactive team player with the ability to work independently and within the team in complex projects with variable timelines.

The Manager will lead the Service and Operations teams at the polyclinic to ensure smooth daily operations and implementation of new initiatives such as Healthier SG, Social Prescribing and Age Well SG. Working closely with the Head of Polyclinic and other departments, you will drive service excellence and continuous improvement.

As a people leader, you will coach, mentor, and inspire the operations staff for continuous development. There will also be opportunities to collaborate on cross department improvement projects to improve patients’ access to care, operational efficiency, and patients’ experience.

You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with team members across other workgroups, polyclinics or HQ, focusing on manpower planning, training and development, digital and service transformation, policy and workflows, new polyclinics development, and emergency planning.
