The Role

Digify is seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team. You will play a vital role in developing and maintaining end-to-end solutions that drive the success of our products and services. The ideal candidate is passionate about coding, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the development of innovative document security solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain applications that meet business requirements and delight users.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

• Front-End Development:
• Develop responsive web interfaces using modern frameworks such as React and  Angular.
• Ensure seamless user experiences by integrating front-end designs with back-end systems.
• Back-End Development:
• Build and maintain APIs, micro services, and integrations
• Design and manage databases, such as DynamoDB and PostgreSQL, to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Collaboration & Problem Solving:
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to implement new features.
• Debug and optimise code for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Testing & Deployment:
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Assist with deployment and maintenance of applications in cloud environments such as AWS

WHAT YOU NEED TO  HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms, such as AWS and GoogleCloud, and serverless architecture
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, SASS and one modern framework (e.g., React, Angular).
• Proficiency in back-end development using languages like NodeJS, .Net, Python
• Familiarity with database management systems such as DynamoDB, MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Good understanding of Design Patterns and Data Integration Patterns
• Good understanding of application performance, scalability, security engineering
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with providing third level support of production environments
• Strong sense of ownership
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Utilize and integrate with tools like Jira & Confluence, Bitbucket and any kinds of code analysis tools like Codacy.

Role Summary

• Responsibilities: You will be responsible for a range of finance tasks within our Singapore office, focussing on a mixture of sales ledger and purchase ledger tasks
• Salary: up to S$3,300 per month

About the Role

If you are looking to kickstart your career in finance or take on a new opportunity within this field, we are seeking a new Accounts Assistant to join our vibrant Singapore office.

In this role, you will support with a range of finance tasks across both sales and purchase ledger and quickly take on significant responsibilities within the team. You will work alongside our Accounts Assistant in Singapore and the wider Finance team in our UK-based Global Headquarters, as well as our Office Administrator in Shanghai to provide financial support for the Shanghai office.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting with sales ledger tasks, such as producing, sending and monitoring invoices as well as contacting clients to ensure timely payments, where necessary
• Supporting with purchase ledger tasks, including approving and/or obtaining approval for all purchase invoices, recording and reconciling all petty cash and reviewing credit card expenses
• Managing and maintaining client contracts
• Advising our scientific teams on invoicing or purchase related queries
• Collaborating with the Shanghai Office Administrator to manage financial processes for the Shanghai office, including tasks such as reconciling local payments, tracking expenditures, and ensuring compliance with local requirements
• Ad-hoc tasks in support of the wider Finance and Operations teams, across both Singapore and Shanghai, as needed

About You

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual, with a “can do” approach. The ideal candidate will also have the initiative, positivity and creativity required to continually improve processes and ease the administrative burden of financial processes on their colleagues.

Essential requirements for the role are:

• A background in a relevant discipline. For example, finance, accounting, business administration with a concentration in finance, or similar
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English as well as business-level Mandarin
• A fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and interface confidently with client-facing staff
• The ability to manage suppliers to ensure that we receive an excellent service
• The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands, as well as prioritising tasks and workload autonomously
• An excellent attention to detail
• An excellent level of productivity, and the flexibility to respond to changing deadlines

Whilst no prior working experience is required for this position, it is desirable. Full training, both internal and external, and mentoring from experienced colleagues will be provided.

The Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process starts with a telephone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team, followed by an assessment for you to complete in your own time. Key Responsibilities

1. Client Servicing (60%)

• Build and nurture trusted relationships with 2–3 core clients, acting as the primary contact and strategic advisor while managing a handful of additional smaller creative and production projects.
• In coordination with your line manager, you are responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and handling strategic issues or issue resolution.
• Oversee campaign delivery and production across multiple campaigns and touchpoints, ensuring they align with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, and production) to execute integrated campaigns across various platforms and media channels.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities to add value to their business.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Have your finger on the pulse and an eagle eye for numbers. Being able to prepare quotes effectively and ensure commercials are accurately recorded and reported to the business. Financial control of billings and third party costs

2. Growth (20%)

• Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing client portfolios and your own personal network.
• Lead pitch processes, from ideation to presentation, ensuring strategic alignment with client goals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, using insights to inspire innovation and attract new clients.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives for MSQ Asia.

3. Grit (20%)

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience (6+ years) in account management within the advertising, marketing, or creative industries.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• A track record of successfully growing client accounts and leading pitches.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams.
• Knowledge of digital, data-driven marketing, and sustainability-focused campaigns is a plus.
