• Familiarises self with the company’s applicable processes, software and technologies (e.g. Micros, Avero, Material Control, etc.).
• Is present in the bar/outlet during all key operation periods.
• Achieves or exceeds outlet’s goal and sales target.
• Delivers personalise guest experience and in accordance to MOQ, Forbes and LQA Standards. 
• Builds strong relationship with local guests and builds loyal following as foundation for a successful operation. 
• Maintains levels of confidentiality and discretion of the guest, colleague or operator at all times.

Marketing Plan and Revenue Management

• Able to comfortably and confidently answer questions and attend to queries or feedback regarding Raffles Hotel Singapore and bar.
• Makes recommendations to the Management on other potential sources of revenue e.g. promotions etc.
• Carries out appropriate and effective measures to improve control of costs, expenses, and labour.

Training, Learning and Development of the Team

• Attends Raffles Hotel Singapore or Food & Beverage training for all colleagues.
• Completes On-the-Job-Trainings and develops new skills and knowledge. 
• Assists and guides the departmental orientation for new colleagues.
• Adheres to Raffles Hotel Singapore fire and safety, emergency procedures and hygiene NEA rules and regulations are met and achieve. 

• To assist the appointed Project Manager in managing the project inclusive of cost planning, consultant and contractor procurement, design management, construction management until project completion and handover.
• On-site coordination of activities of the appointed project consultants in alignment with the project schedule and budget.
• Engage with project stakeholders (internal to the client) and external (e.g., industrial estates, authorities, and providers) in connection with the project.
• Manage and oversight all project procurement and coordination activities including, but not limited to the procurement of early works and main contractors, critical equipment and other specialist suppliers.
• Aiding appointed Project Manager in administering appointed contracts and undertake all necessary interfacing and reporting with the contractors during the post-contract phase.
• Ensure compliance to the T&T Commission Execution Plan (“CEP”) online system, risk management and business management system frameworks.
• To maintain effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project.
• To manage the implementation of the master programme, manpower, materials & plant schedules.
• Responsible for the project planning, including producing the detailed project plan.
• To lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team.
• To prepare master programme, formal project progress and other reports.
• To take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
• Control and properly compile all relevant documents for the project including uploading to T&T sharepoint.
• Any other work-related tasks or duties deemed required and assigned by the management / line manager.
