ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Retail Sales Development:

Build the sell-out objectives by brand and by category for the area and per door.

Identify and build the yearly sell-out strategy to gain in market share.

• Brand Image, Marketing & Merchandising:

Implement the Merchandising and Marketing strategy: be fully responsible for Merchandising execution, implement the planograms per door according to the agreed assortments, ensure the marketing guidelines are applied.

Summary

The Cargo Agent is responsible for timely processing and screening of import and export documentation. Any irregularities identified are properly escalated and reported to the respective airlines in accordance to airline timeline requirement. He/she serves as liaison between the Export Manifesting and Import Documentation team thereby ensures timely hand over and collection of document pouches to/ from the aircraft.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle customers’/ airline/ agents’ enquiries in a polite and efficient manner
• Attend to customers in collecting/ delivering of cargo including receiving of payments
• Liaise with warehouse operations team as appropriate
• Screens accuracy of paperwork submitted for inbound releases as well as acceptance on outbound shipments
• Update consignments records in Cargo Management System (CMS) and airline systems and maintain computer database
• Sorting and dispatching of cargo documents in accordance to airline requirements

The Resource Allocator is responsible for maximizing the utilization of resources and providing the dynamic resource allocation plan to the Operational shift in-charge, by optimally allocating the key operational resources (including manpower and equipment).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accountable for ensuring that the allocation of resources is undertaken independently, without prejudice, and in-line with the planned business needs, the dynamic real-time operational demands, and the unscheduled customer requirements; whilst achieving the targeted levels of the current Service Level Agreements
• Manage the issued rosters and ensure optimal staff coverage
• Pre-plan deployment and decide on overtime necessary to meet service standards
• Actively work with the Operational shift in-charge by providing expert advice, input, and direction in order to respond to dynamic changes during the shift; actively review allocation plans and make recommendations as to whether replacement or over-time is required. Undertake actions as agreed to update the administrative section regarding staff non-attendance
• Maintain regular co-ordination and communication, to ensure that the decision support systems deliver functional results and are configured in-line with the operational needs. Keep up-do-date with all the existing and new system functionalities for the systems relevant to the allocation function
• Work as part of a team of Resource Allocators ensuring smooth handover to and from colleagues on shift duties, and covering for other departments or areas as required

The Supply Chain Analyst on the APAC Operations Team will be a key member and enabler of the organization, providing operational support in order management and warehousing/logistics operations across APAC. Key responsibilities

• Own the order fulfillment process from order entry, delivery to revenue recognition
• Lead the order management process to ensure the right orders are processed accurately, and delivered on time/in full
• Effectively and pro-actively engage with internal/external customers, distribution centres, logistics partners, supply chain and finance partners to ensure delivery and revenue commitments are met
