Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with managers and key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of client initiatives, with a focus on conceptualizing, designing, and implementing data-driven solutions.
• Leverage your expertise to innovate, build, and maintain robust data solutions that address business challenges, including reviewing data requirements and ensuring master data integrity.
• Design and maintain robust data architecture to support organizational data needs. Ensure alignment of data models and architectures with business requirements.
• Identify areas for data quality enhancement and implement strategies to resolve data quality issues, working closely with program/project managers and subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Design and implement enterprise data governance strategies, implement data security measures including encryption, masking, and authorization methods, to safeguard sensitive information.
• Provide valuable data insights to business and functional teams, recommending enhancements to data consolidation and streamlining data collection and reporting processes through automation.

1. Create simple lighting designs for external Design offices/Clients and Sales representative/Sales manager. Lighting designs may include:

• request analyses (availability of all necessary input parameters, if request is in accordance with norms, suggest alternative proposals in accordance with good lighting practise)   
• lighting calculations performed within in house or external lighting software,
• luminaire specifications and descriptions
• elaboration of alternative proposals
• technical application notes (technical reports),
• drawings with luminaire disposition and all necessary details and/or visualizations.

1. Provide simple lighting calculations according to the requirements:

• inputs parameters analyses
• perform lighting calculations and analyses with alternative proposals and/or competitor analyses.

1. Provide necessary support in creation of city lighting reconstruction studies:

• inputs parameters analyses (road geometry, existing lighting installation, road categorization),
• on-site data collection
• determination of typical street profiles in accordance with road geometry and lighting class
• perform lighting calculations and analyses with alternative proposals and/or competitor analyses.

Prepare street lighting categorization proposal, perform lighting calculations and analyses with alternative proposals in cooperation with direct Manager / responsible Sales rep/ Sales manager.

1. Consideration and application of the relevant lighting standards.

1. Develops, implements and/or delivers product training / presentations for Clients (e.g. Ulysse, training, ...).

1. Organize and perform on-site lighting trials and provides after-sales technical support in fine- tuning (e.g. decorative illumination).

As a Sr. Regional Partner Manager, you will help support our transformational vision: 'Partner Success' is synonymous with 'Customer Success' in accelerating Digital Transformation and predictable outcomes for our partners.

The Sr. Regional Partner Manager is aligned to a focused regional territory to lead Co-sell/Co-delivery and "Sourced" NNACV. You will produce new business in logo accounts, and ensuring our partners help provide successful projects within your territory or region (ASEAN + North Asia which is Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau). You will work with Field Sales, Solution Sales specialists, Pre-sales, and the Customer Outcome teams to grow the pipeline.

You will be empowered to develop a joint go-to-market Territory plan featuring ServiceNow enabled service and workflow offerings. Strategies will feature "Sourced and Partner Impacted" NNACV, showcase wins and capacity metrics, and reflect regional Marketing plans and engagement with other ServiceNow sales solutions teams. Success will be measured by achievement of sales quotas for allocated accounts or territory on a quarterly and annual basis.

• Work with Marketing teams on both sides to build joint closed-loop demand generation plans (Partner Prospecting Days, CxO Roundtables and joint events).
• Ensure the Partner strategy is following Value Selling (i.e., Value Prompter) and Now Value principles.
