ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Retail Sales Development:

Build the sell-out objectives by brand and by category for the area and per door.

Identify and build the yearly sell-out strategy to gain in market share.

This role is one of very few positions that are primed to directly influence the guest experience. • Assist BD leader in business development strategies.

Job Description

• Diligently perform assigned duties at the work station by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Weigh, clean, and cut various types and sizes of live seafood/fish products for customers accurately according to standards and requirements.
• Monitor and ensure the freshness and quality of items.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, personal grooming, and hygiene at all times.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Demonstrates good teamwork and is committed with a willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of various types of fresh produce and products is advantageous.
• Able to carry and lift heavy goods as required.
• Available to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
