Job Purpose:

Delivers the highest standards of service to all customers, retailers and dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full service on movements: movement dismantling, replacement/ fixing of broken parts, cleaning, reassemble, rate check and adjustment
• Able to perform technical repair and service on multiple brands according to guidelines established by brand.
• Analyse and take decisions to define proper methodology to repair the movement.
• Use or develop adequate tools or processes to correct issues that can arise during the repair process
• Work in coordination with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operations (maintain equipment and tools, order consumables)
• Ensure all required services for the customer have been carried and the watch is ready to wear

Requirements:

• Experience in watchmaking or related field
• Knowledge of different watch brands and their mechanisms
• Ability to disassemble and assemble watches
• Attention to detail and precision in work
• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in watchmaking
• Understanding of watch repair and maintenance techniques

Profile:

· Watchmaker who, within a dynamic and growing team, will be responsible for the watch repairing process from servicing the movement to preparing/assemble the case and encase the movement.

· The Watchmaker will report to the Workshop’s Manager.

· The Watchmaker must have the skills and experience necessary to service all types of watches from basic mechanical and quartz movements and chronographs.

As part of a finance team who contributes to the ongoing effectiveness and efficiency of the new Real Estate development project, you will conduct the financial management, budget and cost control and forcasting of project development sector within the Group.

Responsibilities:

1.Establish project company’s financial management regulation, develop job responsibilities/scopes and related SOP

2. Daily bookkeeping and ensure accuracy and filing of files in a timely manner

3. Complete the financial statement and annual audit work

4. Manage consolidation and preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports, budgets and forecasts, cost control

5. Establish a financial analysis procedure and model, and report financial status to management regularly

6. Manage statutory filings including financial statements and tax

7. Prepare project capital plan and ensure proper cash flow and allocation of funds, as well as managing capital risks

Requirements:

1. Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy; CFA, ACCA, CPA and other qualifications are preferred

2. At least 3 years working experience in financial management of Real Estate development projects in Singapore, familiar with financing, taxation, cost control and other related to Real Estate development business

3. Familiar with Singapore's financial policies, corporate financial regulations, and procedures, and proficient in relevant financial and tax laws and regulations
