Wolfgang Violin Studio, founded in 2009, established a music academy in Singapore that focuses on Violin, Piano, and Cello.
Responsibilities
We are looking for dedicated Cellists interested to join our teaching team and embark on an exciting journey to nurture the next generation of musicians. Successful applicants will work closely with the Head of the Cello Department to effectively deliver the Cello programs across all levels for students in individual and group classes.
• Inspire, and guide students toward graded exams and building their knowledge in practical, aural, and theoretical skills
• Contribute to the Cello academic resources
• Upkeep of library and studio resources
• Active participation is expected in weekly teacher meetings and student progress reports Qualifications/Requirements
• Senior Teachers to teach advanced students up to Diploma: minimum three years of teaching experience
• Junior Teachers to teach beginner students from three years of age: minimum two years of teaching experience
• Highly motivated with a passion for teaching and inspiring children to learn
• Have a cheerful and approachable demeanor toward children and parents
• Good communication skills and fluent in English
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music
• Knowledge of the ABRSM Exam and Trinity Guildhall syllabus
