As an Operational Control Analyst for the Asia Rice Platform, your role is to be a key financial partner to the platform, and be primarily responsible for timely reporting, monitoring and analysis of the Business Results and Exposures. About the role
OOm Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (CRM) to join our dynamic team in the Somerset Central Region. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our customer relationship management (CRM) system and processes to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and system needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables for projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Process Improvement & Documentation:

• Lead process mapping, workflow design, and process improvements to streamline operations.
• Create and maintain procedural documentation, process flow diagrams, user stories, and business rules.
• Continuously monitor and improve business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.

Project Management:

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Develop and manage project timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery within scope and deadlines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, 3rd Party) to ensure alignment and project progress.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans as necessary.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

• Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate project status, changes, and risks to stakeholders at all levels.
• Act as a liaison between business users, development teams, and project management to ensure clear communication.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports, project plans, and executive summaries to senior management.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), gather feedback, and resolve issues before deployment.

Change Management:

• Assist in preparing business partners for changes introduced by new systems, processes, or workflows.
• Document and communicate process changes to ensure smooth transitions and adoption by stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with IT systems, databases, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Software development experience is a plus.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of automation tools.

Project Management Skills:

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience in managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining project plans, roadmaps, and Gantt charts.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

• Strong analytical skills to assess business needs, identify gaps, and design solutions.
• Ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and implement effective solutions.
• Critical thinking skills to evaluate project risks, dependencies, and potential impacts on the business.
