• Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Provide required documentation and assistance during both internal and external audits.
• Handle GST filings and submission.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-year relevant working experience in accounting or finance (Retail industry)
• Familiar with quick book
• Capable of work independently and managing task with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong initiative with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent technical, organizational and problem-solving skills. A team player with a strong analytical capability.

- Conduct analytical tests, including wet chemistry testing, reagent preparation, and sampling;

- Performs metallurgical testing, such as material preparation (mounting, cutting, grinding, polishing) and microstructure analysis in line with approved methods or customer requirements;

- Verify the accuracy of test results and calculations before submitting them to the Chemist/Supervisor;

- Participate in client and ISO audits as needed, ensuring all documents is prepared and audit-ready.
