Team Summary

The Asia Pacific (AP) Consumer Solutions group manages the deployment and optimization of Visa’s core products consisting of Credit, Debit and Prepaid payments solutions. What the Director, Card Benefits Sourcing & Management at Visa does:

Visa is seeking an experienced professional to join Consumer solutions to lead the formation of the Card Benefits team and establish it as a key capability within Regional Product Solutions.   • Establish leads to achieve group and FIT room night goals based on market segmentation and budget and to develop ongoing relationships with the clients

  • Develop account qualifications criteria and use market research to identify priority markets and accounts, to assign sales to assure coverage to all major market segments

▪ Communicate low-stock and out-of-stock situations to Retail / Boutique / Counter Manager.
▪ Assist in the proper rotation of stocks.

As a key pillar of the Payment Ecosystem Risk team, The AP Head of Ecosystem Risk Programs will report to the VP, Payment Ecosystem Risk. They will lead Visa APs Ecosystem Risk programs effectively and ensure proper deployment of the programs across AP’s diverse set of markets. These programs consist of VIRP (Visa integrity risk program), VAMP (Visa Acquirer risk program), VIMP (Visa Issuer risk program), VARS (Visa Acceptance Risk Standards).

• Ensure future-proof Ecosystem Risk programs based on a seamless lifecycle management approach across consumer, commercial and money movement payment flows.

As the AP Head of Ecosystem Risk Programs for Visa Asia Pacific, you will be a key member of the Asia Pacific Risk Team, advising the AP Regional Risk Officer (RRO) and AP regional risk leadership team, hub and global functional leads on strategies related to complex operational, financial, legal and regulatory risk exposures.

The delivery of these initiatives will require close collaboration with senior leadership in the region and with stakeholders in Global Risk, Account Executives, Rules, and Legal.
