Your contribution to the team includes:
· Achieve sales and other key business targets.
· Demonstrate professional high-quality service.
· Understand clients’ needs and provide professional skin-care counselling to clients.
· Be familiar with the products and services and make recommendations based on the client’s needs (training will be provided).
· Building good rapport and establishing good relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals.
· Handle customer’s feedback.
· Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
You should have:
· Minimum (GCE) Ordinary Level or equivalent
· Strong aptitude in promotional techniques - without hard selling
· Result driven and service oriented.
· Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
· Able to handle service & sales orientated environment
· Able to work confidently and pro-actively in a fast-paced environment.
· Candidate who has beauty/spa certificate will be an advantage.
· Able to communicate effectively with clients regarding their queries and concerns
· Previous Airline crew welcome
