About This Role:-

Reporting to the Head of Application, you will engage in the software development lifecycle that shapes the AsiaNext exchanges. • In the case of purchases through importation from outside the country, and where Letter of Credits (L/C) are required, the Accounts Payable Officer will maintain a record of all Letter of Credits and initial payments issued to the suppliers.
• To cooperate and assist with the reconciling of month-end Inventory Book Balances to actual physical counts.
• To maintain prepayment schedule and post journals to charge out to expenses where applicable.
• To assist Finance Manager in Fixed Assets recording, disposal, and tagging where applicable.
• To perform other accounting tasks that are required by the Accountant and Director of Finance.

• Assist the Business Divisions in ensuring all required sanction checks are conducted with no breaches in the branch’s policies and service standards.
• Support Director RMC in control owner of sanction policies and effective implementation.
• Support Director RMC in undertaking regular reviews of sanction procedures and recommend/implement modification where appropriate to ensure that any business risks are mitigated to the maximum extent possible.
• Support Director RMC in inculcating strong risk culture within the Singapore operations.
• Support Director RMC in ensuring the branch keeps up with sanction regulatory updates and implementation.
• Support Director RMC and CFOO Singapore in ad-hoc projects/review work assigned
