We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.
Mission: To inspire and develop the Talent Acquisition team so that Sleek can source, interview and easily/quickly close great talent in every department and in every market that we operate in.
Outcomes:
- Track and improve our time to close: Ensure all roles are filled within SLA timelines (14-21 days for non-leadership roles, 30-45 days for leadership/technical positions)
- Track and improve our pipeline building activities: Ensure key positions have the required pre-qualified candidates “in reserve” at all times.
- Communicate proactively:
- Conduct monthly check-ins with key hiring managers to
(a) enable the Talent Acquisition team to stay ahead of staffing needs across the business and
(b) gather feedback from business stakeholders on our hiring processes. - Share a weekly report with the Head of HR and/or Leadership
- Continuous refinement of our hiring process: Schedule a working session each month with selected Leadership team members to reflect on our hiring process and implement improvements.
- Manage and nurture the team:
- Conduct weekly 1:1s with each TA, hearing their challenges and providing the appropriate level of guidance and autonomy to help them grow.
- Look after your team’s wellbeing, ensuring they have the tools and emotional support they need to succeed.
- Gather succinct 360 feedback each quarter on each TA (including yourself) from stakeholders to identify areas for enhanced communication and/or collaboration between the TA team and the business.
- Manage underperformance promptly and with kindness
To do this, you will have a minimum of 7 years experience as Head of Talent Acquisition and you will most likely be located in Singapore.
About the interview process
The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages (note that the order might be different). We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish.
The interviews will most likely be held over video call and the final interview will be held in person at the Sleek office.

We are offering S$10, 000 to $12,000 monthly remuneration for this role, along with the other financial, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits mentioned earlier in the job description.
