Role Specific Responsibilities:

• Co-planning, co-teaching, co-assessing, and co-reflecting in a homeroom learning community with a language-additive lens
• Developing and modeling content and language-integrated lessons that include language targets, language scaffolds, and language strategies in core curriculum
• Use of WIDA ELD Standards Framework with Common Core standards to monitor language development and develop instructional next steps for multilingual learners

Position Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Master’s Degree in relevant field preferred
• Teaching credential in ELL/EAL preferred
• Extensive experience working with elementary-aged multilingual learners of English and professional knowledge of additive language acquisition and language curriculum development
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates preferred
• Experience with WIDA ELD Standards Framework, collaborative teaching, and tiered systems of support including but not limited to Response to Intervention (RTI) framework or Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
• Training and experience with science of reading-aligned early literacy approaches
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills
• Confident technology skills for teaching and administrative tasks

Working Requirements

• Sponsoring and/or coaching after school activities are part of the responsibility of the professional educator. Therefore, faculty shall be available to coach and/or sponsor an athletic team or other extra curricular activity. Each faculty member is expected to do a minimum of one category 1 activity or sport per year.
• Mandatory attendance of school orientation, chaperone and participate in a minimum of four evening and/or weekend school activities each year, as assigned (including "Back-to-School Night").
• Attend Responsive Classroom professional learning (virtual), specified by the school, in the months prior to the official start of employment.

Automotive Service Technician

Porsche Singapore is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Service Technician with experience in vehicle servicing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle safety. This role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and a commitment to service excellence.  

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.  

• Carry out repairs on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, electrical components, including high-voltage systems. 

• Conduct scheduled maintenance services, such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and fluid checks, in line with manufacturer and dealership guidelines. 

• Accurately document all work performed, including parts and labour, to maintain complete repair records. 

• Use specialised diagnostic tools, hand tools, and electronic testing equipment safely and efficiently, while maintaining a clean and organised workspace and adhering to safety and environmental regulations. 
• Provide excellent service by proactively and effectively communicating necessary repairs, timelines, status updates, and maintenance needs with all After Sales departments, Service Advisors and customers, while addressing any customer concerns.  

• Stay updated on automotive technology, repair techniques, and industry best practices, with a focus on Porsche vehicle systems by participating in on-the-job training and certification programs as needed. 

• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) are preferred 

• Experience as automotive service technician, specifically with Porsche vehicles, along with knowledge of Porsche’s mechanical and electronic vehicle systems or manufacturer-specific training in Porsche service and repair is highly preferred  

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in diagnostic tools and repair equipment, particularly with Porsche models 
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to providing high-quality work 

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team 

• Physical capability to lift up to 20kg and perform tasks associated with automotive repair 

• Possess a Class 3 Driving License with at least 4 years of driving experience 

• Ability for a 5.5 day work week
