Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

· To lead a team of Technician to perform preventive / predictive maintenance of AVL Equipment and Adventure Facilities to minimize equipment and facilities downtime.

· To perform troubleshooting, repair/rectification and replacement works for AVL Equipment and Adventure Facilities

· To liaise and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for defects rectification works

· To lead a team to perform Set up of AVL equipment such as microphones, speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, sound and mixing.

· Responsible to maintain and audit stock inventory of AVL and Adventure spares parts.

· Any other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).

· At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Adventure/ Audio Visual Lighting

· Certification of Sport Climbing, Abseiling and Challenge Rope Course, Rope Access are preferred

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

· Possess a positive working attitude and is an excellent team player

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the rental department, including processing rental agreements, invoices, and rental returns.
- Coordinate equipment bookings, schedules, and logistics for delivery and collection.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment availability, maintenance schedules, and customer interactions.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and tracking equipment utilization.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints related to equipment rentals.
- Prepare reports on rental operations, equipment status, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote rental services and support business development efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.

Requirements:

- Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in rental operations of construction machinery or similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of construction machinery, equipment specifications, and rental processes.

• Those with experience in underground utilities
• especially Cable/ water/gas pipes will be advantageous

In this role , you will perform variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within civil testing operations and esure timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision

This role is based in Sungei Kadut Loop , Singapore.

Job Duties:

• Be accountable for accurate and timely release of testing data to customers and oversee standard and/or routine technical problem solving activities
• Interact with customers on technical issues and questions and provide input and support on business development opportunities with new or existing customers
• Provide formal and informal presentations on conventional and/or routine testing to a wide range of stakeholders
• Assist in the professional development of novice technicians and engineers within the local laboratory and utilize an assortment of skill, methods, procedures and materials in advanced testing analysis
• Be adept at drawing on internal knowledge as well as industry and/or academic resources in reaching testing conclusions

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelors of Science degree in a science or testing related field with a minimum of 2 years’ pertinent post degree engineering experience, or advanced academic/professional qualifications
