Business Development Manager
Roles and responsibilities:
Ā· Canvasing of new business based on direct marketing and referrals
Ā· Build and manage good relationships with new and existing clientele
Ā· Handling client project inquiries on specifications and lead-time
Ā· Conduct site-recce, sales, and tendering presentation
Ā· Prepare quotation and Delivery Order
Ā· Research, expand supplier/vendor listing on project-related
Ā· Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
Ā· Leadership responsibilities:
Ā· Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing a sales team to meet sales
Ā· Objectives / increment
Ā· Leading the team in both areas of direct marketing strategies and sales closing techniques
Ā· Perform appraisal for team members, approving leave application and propose salary
Ā· Tracking sales data to ensure the team member meets sales quotas
Ā· Presenting teamās sales performance reports.
Requirement:
Ā· Min. 5 years of sales experience in a similar trade (Large Format Printing, Events and Exhibition Builder)
Ā· Sales track records and possess good leadership and managerial mindset
Ā· Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
Ā· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ā· Knowledge of modern marketing techniques
Ā· High-level communication and networking skills
Ā· Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies
Ā· Good project management skills that include working collaboratively with designer,
Ā· production, external contractor, and suppliers to complete each project
Ā· Have not attended any salary support program such as PCP, PnT, etc.

Monthly Salary Range: $3,500
