• Testing: Conduct comprehensive manual and automated testing for desktop, web-based, and embedded software applications.
• Automation Framework: Set up and maintain automation test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver.
• Script Development: Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Multi-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, System Analysts, Quality Assurance, and Software/Firmware Development teams to capture requirements and ensure alignment on testing strategies.
• On-Market Support: Provide support for existing product offerings, including fixing and resolving issues.
• New Product Introduction: Participate in the introduction of new products, ensuring thorough testing and validation.
• Requirement Discussions: Engage in requirement discussions and reviews to ensure clarity and completeness.
• Test Planning and Reporting: Develop and review verification test plans and test reports, ensuring thorough documentation and communication of testing outcomes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Participate in regulatory reviews and audits to ensure consistency to industry standards.
• Test Management Tools: Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jama, and HP ALM for test management and defect tracking.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of software testing experience, with expertise in manual and automated testing.
• Successfully completed at least 3 software product development projects
• Proficient in setting up and maintaining automation test frameworks, particularly with Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience in creating, executing, and maintaining automation test scripts.
• Knowledge of SQL is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong experience working with multi-functional teams.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jama, and HP ALM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
