We are looking for a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our regional team in Singapore. The Tax Manager will play a critical role in managing the company’s tax compliance, advisory and reporting functions across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax law, excellent analytical skills, strong team player and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Manage all tax matters in Singapore and overseas (Corporate income tax, GST, VAT, WHT and other taxes)
• Reviewing contracts/ intragroup agreements from tax perspective
• Support tax audits of entities in the region and manage tax queries from the tax authorities, challenges and disputes
• Assist with transfer pricing matters and provide guidance on intercompany transactions
