As the Social Content Creator, you'll be working with one of our clients - one of the largest technology companies in the world and helping them with growing their social media credentials across different platforms and target audiences.

You will work closely with the APAC Marketing teams when designing and delivering effective social media marketing content and evergreen rollouts - from supporting the ideation, development and production of video features and formats while also contributing to the visual effects including motion graphics, digital animations and special effects. Role:

• You will be responsible for the ideation, development, and production of high-entertainment-value and on-brand social native content for our client, from storyboarding, art directing, copywriting, video creation, etc.
• You own the entire process and production of social video content, low-touch and at scale, from ideation of creative concepts, pitching them to the team and client, to editing and exporting them for publishing.

You:

• 3+ years of experience creating awesome work for top brands, preferably with a mix of in-house and agency creative production experience, 
• Proficiency in using specific editing software packages, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or Final Cut Pro. 
• A good understanding of motion graphics, who knows your Adobe Creative Suite well, and you’re happy to bounce between all kinds of software (Photoshop and Illustrator) depending on the occasion. 
• An excellent storyteller who can create engaging, conversational, and culturally resonant editorial narratives through social content in a simple, coherent manner.

The Food & Beverage Operations Manager assists the Senior Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to lead the Food and Beverage operations, by ensuring and maintaining the strategic and tactical positioning as a world class operation. Driving and Managing the SkillsFuture Queen Bee Project

• Strategises, drives and manages the SkillsFuture Queen bee project (SFQB).
• Develops programmes and facilitates implementation for the SMEs in Singapore.
• Conducts trainings and ensure deliverables are met.
• Source for SMEs to embark on the  programme with us.
• Meet the deliverables as required by Workforce Singapore.
• Leads research on industry landscape and market trends, including liaising with various stakeholder within the SFQB network to understand critical skills requirements, project future skills demand and business objectives.
• Diagnoses the skills gaps and needs and identify measurements of success of the network.
• Formulates a training needs analysis plan by identifying skills and training opportunities, reviewing existing skills and training solutions and interventions, sourcing for new and/or developing bespoke skills and training solutions and interventions to address the SMEs’ needs.
• Leverages Skills Frameworks and relevant SkillsFuture resources in creating the skills and training solutions and interventions.
• Develops an implementation plan and organises the participation of SMEs in the network.
• Manages and fosters relationships with multiple stakeholders in the network to ensure effective and sustainable implementation.
• Evaluates the impact and effectiveness of the skills and training solutions and interventions and fine-tunes the long-term implementation plan.

• Ensures full compliance when managing and executing corporate initiated programmes and activities.

• Plans and conducts the learning needs analysis.
• Plans and proposes the hotel’s training programme, aligning it to the learning needs analysis.

• Initiates, coordinates, executes and follows up on all corporate, internal and external initiatives and programmes.  
• Informs managers on programme objectives and expected outcomes which colleagues attend.

• Works closely with the departments to curate training programme, to train, coach and assess colleagues.
• Maintains appropriate systems to record and measure necessary aspects of colleagues’ development. These include on-the-job learning, internal and external learning, attendance, development plans, etc.
• Organises the learning venue, course notes, attendance sheet and all relevant materials required for classroom learning programmes.
• Liaises with Workforce Singapore and administers SkillsFuture claims for relevant courses.

• Mainly responsible for communications that’s going out for partners i.e. booking of comms, raising of marketing briefs & clearing of assets with external partners

OVERVIEW 

As the Communications Coordinator, you will contribute to the planning and execution of the team’s initiatives across CNBC International’s Asia Pacific (APAC) region in coordination with the Director of Communications, International and Communications Associate, EMEA.  

Your role will be essential in ensuring consistent, positive brand messaging across all channels, while actively identifying opportunities for public relations initiatives. Working with the wider Communications team, you will assist in creating compelling content, supporting campaigns, and building strong and constructive working relationships as this position collaborates with many internal stakeholders across the international organisation. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS 

• Work closely with the Director of Communications, International to build public relations plans to support the promotion of CNBC’s business day news, long-form content, special events, and editorial and business priorities.

• Develop external communication materials such as press releases, social media content, and pitches.  

• Drive opportunities in the region to promote the profiles of key talent and senior executives through internal and external opportunities.  

• Create, manage and update media lists and work closely with the newsroom team to identify and disseminate breaking news and big interviews. 

• Monitor, analyse and report on trending news stories and social media conversations, press coverage and competitor landscape. 

• Manage photo and video shoots for regional business day programs, talent, and events.
