We are an electrical consultancy company dealing with consultancy, design, licensing, vetting of design, inspection of electrical installation works, including high voltage electrical installation, lightning protection system, general lighting and power system for industrial, commercial, residential electrical installations. We have professional electrical engineer and licensed electrical engineer to provide guideances for new staff. We are looking for applicants who graduate in electrical engineering from ITE, Polytechnics, University, with or without experiences. Starting salary will be $2,000 to $5,000 per month depening on paper qualifications and year of experiences. We offer 5 days' work per week. If you are required to work overtime, or on Saturday/Sunday, time off will be given. We look forward to receiving your job applications

The Job

- Identify & develop guided new job placement and business opportunities by telemarketing, social media marketing and other appropriate means

- Follow up with the client to understand the job and business requirements regarding hiring needs

- Negotiate with the client regarding recruitment terms and conditions

- Search & effectively provide the best candidate using different platforms based on the client's requirement

- Understand the experience of the candidate and manage their expectations

- Build & maintain excellent clients and candidates' relationships

- Ensure that the company's objectives and sales target set are achieved

Requirements:

- At least 'O'/Diploma in Business or in any other field

- Target oriented & sales driven attitude

- Comfortable with commission-based income

- Positive attitude, a strong sense of urgency, self motivated & enjoy challenges

- Keen interest in sales and customer service with a never-say-die attitude

- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

- Team player and able to work well with all level
