Patient Care

1. Register patients in the CMS (clinic management system) after verifying the eligibility with government and corporate benefits.

1. Perform timely claims (e.g. HSG, CHAS, Medisave, TPA)
2. Liaise with vendors (e.g. laboratory and radiology) for collection of samples and receiving of reports.
3. Manage rosters for Clinic Executives and locum Doctors
4. Attending to inbound enquiries from patients via various channels (WhatsApp, phone, e-mails)
5. Ensure good practices are implemented for inventory management and conduct periodic inventory reconciliation
6. Support the Clinic Director with reports on operations

Job Objective

The Programme Assistant effectively creates a secure and quality learning environment for children. He/She creates a secure environment for children through enhancing trusting and respectful relationships with them. He/She enriches children’s learning through co-designing and implementing developmentally and culturally appropriate curriculum, while effectively integrating innovative teaching and learning practices. The Programme Assistant is intentional in building partnerships with parents and families, and actively engages and co-designs in Centre’s initiatives to support its collaborative efforts with the community. He/She works closely with colleagues and stakeholders to a culture of collaboration and collegiality.

Job Responsibilities

1. Management and Administration

• Work under supervision of the Supervisor within the student care centre’s policies, philosophy and procedures to meet the needs of children and families.
• Assist Supervisor in the planning, implementation and monitoring of the SCC programme.

2. Child Development

• Apply child development knowledge to promote and support children’s learning and holistic development specific to individual needs.

3. Learning Environments and Curriculum

• Plan and implement daily and holiday programme
• Plan strategies to support learning and development
• Support children’s emotional development and positive relationship
• Lead and manage a class of her own
• Deliver lessons in classroom based on given lesson plans
• Propose for relevant resources and materials for her own class
• Conduct classroom sharing experiences with peers at least once a month

4. Family and Community Engagement

• Build strong partnerships with families by communicating and sharing information and resources to facilitate the continuity of learning between centre, homes and the wider community.
• Comply with government regulations, quality assurance framework

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Care & Programmes (Student Services & Coaching)
• WSQ Introductory Student Care
• Has a valid certificate in first aid
• Has at least 2 years of relevant experience in SCC sector
• Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently with good classroom and management skills.
• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
