Housekeeper/ Cleaner - Perm Half Day (Funeral Industry)

Salary: $1000 - $1200

Working Day: 6 days per week

Working Hours: 8am to 12pm or 1pm to 5pm

Working Location: Geylang Bahru

Job scopes:

• Delivers high quality cleaning standard consistently as per established standard
• Basic housekeeping duties such as sweep and mop floor, wash toilet
• To sweep and mop floors using cleaning tools
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all areas, maintaining a tidy and sanitary environment.
• To carry out other duties as and when assigned by the Superior and/or the Management.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for food preparation and cooking to standard operating procedures;

* Ensure smooth operations and allocation of duties within the kitchen;

* Ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and to expected standards;

* Attend to kitchen-related duties stock- checking and inventory and ordering;

* Practice and ensure good hygiene and housekeeping standards within the kitchen;

* Ensure food is stored, prepare and presented in a safe and hygiene manner;

* Uphold high standards of food quality to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements：

* Past experience as a working chef.

* Great leadership and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to run stocktaking and place orders for resupply.

* Profound knowledge of different kinds of beverages

* Ability to manage numerous tasks, assign responsibilities and display high patience

* Able to work night shift

Responsibilities

• The Acquisitions, Investments and Financial Advisory (AIFA) team is a fast-paced group that is closely involved in major transactions and strategic initiatives undertaken by the ENGIE Group in Asia Pacific.
• Responsible for supporting the valuation and risk analysis of new projects, including developing financial models and drafting of investment notes.
• Support the structure and execution of merger & acquisitions (M&A) and project financing transactions

Requirements

• Master/Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or equivalent
• Professional qualification such as CFA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA or MBA is an advantage
• At least 8 years relevant experience, with 2-3 years experience in leading Audit Cabinet or in a project finance, M&A or corporate finance environment
• Experience in the financing of wind or power solar generation projects is a strong plus.
• Good understanding of financial valuation, accounting and tax concepts
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels while maintaining string ethics and professionalism.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Goal getting, driven, committed, with strong planning and execution capabilities.
