* Collaborate with various internal/external stakeholders to develop, promote and implement Health Promotion/Intervention programmes and services for staff to improve their health status and well-being.

* Plan and organise various hospital level health, sports and social recreational activities events

* Analyse post health screening data to implement needs-based health promotion and intervention programmes. Track pre-post programme results to ensure successful health outcome.

1. To support the HOD/ICT in the management of school based initiatives.
2. To provide ICT Technical Support and assistance in the school.
3. To support, research and recommend in the procurement of ICT or AV resources and infrastructure for the school.
4. To manage user accounts of administrative portals for operations required by the school. within the constraints of appropriate security, following guidelines stipulated by MOE and the school. e.g. Apple School Manager, Mobile Device Management Portals, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Adobe Admin Portal, etc
5. To perform diagnostic service of computing and AV devices in school.
6. To take charge of loans of school equipment and manage insurance with relevant parties when defects arises during warranty period.
7. To maintain and manage the periodic replacement and condemnation of ICT equipment.
8. To support stock-take of ICT assets and stores together with other members of IT Support Team.
9. To man and support all ICT helpdesk requests. e.g. password resets, device loans, device troubleshooting, application installation/deletion and servicing requests.
10. To perform recordings for events, lessons and competitions.
11. To setup/support Audio Visual for events, assembly and meeting.
12. To take charge of AV management and maintenance
13. To carry out any other duties as assigned by P,VP,HOD/ICT and ICT Manager/Associate

Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly.

2. Knowledge of operating cleaning machines, scrubbers, hi-jet, etc, and able to provide training to cleaner on how to use cleaning machines.

3. Assist Manager on the establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for cleaners and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures.

4. Be the first contact person to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction

5. Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials so as to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse

6. Any other duties assigned by Manager and Clients

Requirements:

1. Able to work midnight shift

2. Able to Standby 24x7, Must be able to report for work on short notice at times.

3. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

4. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.

5. Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients

6. At least 1 year’s experience in similar role in cleaning sector
