• Work closely with Global / Regional / Country IT teams to implement & Support Global IT Security Initiatives
• Manage other duties as assigned for Automation of Patch Management (Using Manage Engine), for GSOC, implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Zscaler, Rapid 7 (Vulnerability Management), Trend Micro EDR and Others.
• Supporting initiatives advised by Global Security Audit (GSA) teams, resulting in overall improvement of IT Security Posture for the region.
• Assist in Documentation of IT Section Policies
• Regular PDCA and follow up with Countries, to ensure Adherence for the above Initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years In-Depth experience in Handling IT Infrastructure & IT Security at a Regional Level.
• Business driven with a Strong understanding of Prevalent /Current IT infrastructure and IT Security Solutions.
• Infrastructure Management and IT Security Skills.
• Cloud Solution Skills with a Must have experience to handle a regional Cloud Setup using AZURE.
• Strong Project Management Skills.
• Proven strength in strategic and conceptual thinking and design, implementation, and execution of strategies.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesAnalytical Laboratory:

• Process control (Eg. Production parameter control)
• Quality control (Eg. Finished goods periodical testing)
• Familiar with the operations/technique of analytical instruments
• R&D of new processes on a lab-scale
• Maintain and control of laboratory analytical and testing records

Process:

• Perform First-Article testing for new customers or parts, prior to mass production
• Perform review/gap analysis on customer’s specifications for chemical processes, with adequate process control measures
• Involve in quality issues investigations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Lead investigations for recovery action on any non-conformity
• Control of chemical logistics for entirety of production

Waste-water treatment plant (WTP):

• Manage and maintain WTP at optimum system performance for treatment of chemical waste
• Troubleshoot WTP system issues when waste discharge is non-compliant to Trade Effluent standards
• All other tasks that might be assigned from time to time

Our client is a leading MNC in the shipping industry based in town. It is looking to hire a BCP Consultant who will report to a Business Strategy Mgr for a global shipping MNC. The co allows a WFH arrangement 1 day per week. For this role, it is a 1-year contract assignment with a 1-month completion bonus payable to a good performer at the end of the 1 year period.

For this role, you will focus on covering Business Continuing Planning (BCP) mapping work in the Corporate Strategy department. You will work with senior management and businesses re understanding and mapping the key business flows using Miro Mapping. In this role, you will interact closely with IT, HR and other business departments (commercial, sales etc). You are expected to be very hands-on in the mapping of processes (though there is support on admin work from an executive).

Requirements:

• Degree qualified with min 8 years of total years of work experience, including min 3 years or more of BCP experience. Management Consultants from Big 4 firms or other consultancy firms with BCP experience is welcome to apply.
• Has strong experience working with business in mapping out BCP processes.
• Has experience using Miro Mapping and performing user testing work re the mapping of business processes.
• Hands-on with the ability to understand the business flows in a huge organization.
• Shipping /maritime industry is useful, but this is not a must
• Has strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to commit to a 1-year contract.
