Job description

• Provide curated client support by assisting Customer Service queries received on social media platforms and resolving any issues arising in a timely and professional manner
• Liaise with other relevant departments (eCommerce, Marketing, PR) for content creation amplification across the relevant social media channels
• Understand marketing directive and transform them into marketing deliverables
• Assist in planning and curating all content for Bacha Coffee social media platforms

This position will focus on data privacy while supporting a broader compliance scope, ensuring that the company adheres to relevant regulations and industry standards worldwide. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the development, documentation, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures to support the Ethics & Compliance team within the Legal & Secretariat department.
• Leading efforts in areas of personal data protection, anti-bribery measures, trade sanctions, and ethics, with an emphasis on translating local and international regulations into actionable company policies.

Requirements
