Responsibilities:

• Willing to work in shifts to provide rotational 24/7 shift application support duties as mentioned below.
• Has experience or knowledge on Incident and Problem management.
• Health check and monitoring production system and job scheduling to ensure SLA is meet.
• Troubleshoot and solve production issues related to performance and reliability throughout the software stack.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks in the system and work to resolve these issues before they become a problem.
• Continuous improvement of the system, e.g. job automation, performance tuning.
• Should be able to identify and fix the bugs.
• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience on troubleshooting the applications run on full stack preferably in Java, Spring-boot, Microservices.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in Banking or Anti money laundering.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in production support in banking applications running on Windows and Unix environments.
• Perform code packaging end to end until release to Production, the maintaining application is done by the Production team
• Should have strong hold on SQL server/Oracle databases and able to write/debug the SQL programs.
• Good knowledge in Linux/Unix/Windows environment and scripting.
• Hands on experience on monitoring tools like Grafana has added advantage.
• Should be open to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Knowledge on GIT Bitbucket and Jenkins has added advantage.
• Knowledge on Actimize/Hadoop has added advantage.

1. Shift Timing
   1. Morning shift 6am to 3pm
   2. General shift 9am to 6pm.
   3. Afternoon shift 2pm to 11pm
   4. Night shift 10pm to 7am.
2. Need to support including night shift, weekends and public holidays

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (or similar)

The Global Payments Solutions Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting Center of Excellence (GPS NFRR COE) centrally manage the ownership of GPS NFRRs. As a GPS NFRR COE Report Owner at Bank of America, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and developing and maintaining procedures and processes to ensure accurate, complete, and timely submission of regulatory reports in conformance with regulatory instructions. We’re looking for someone with a passion for the financial industry and a commitment to producing high-quality work. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in regulatory reporting, cash management or trade finance. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.

Primary Roles & Reponsibilities

• Responsible for accurate, complete, and timely submission of NFRRs in conformance with regulatory instructions.
• Develop and maintain procedures and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency of all regulatory reporting activities and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory reporting requirements.
• Partner closely with risk function colleagues to identify, understand, and implement new regulatory reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with governance team on governance procedures, error escalation and issue management process.
• Troubleshoot and drive the resolution of issues related to regulatory reporting.
• Participate in audit/regulatory exams/compliance assessments/key governance forums.

This role will work with both internal and external stakeholders across APAC and a combination of 2 foreign languages specified is crucial for success in this role. The main responsibility for this role is regulatory reporting. The candidate will need written and spoken fluency in a combination of these languages to produce accurate reports.
• Good knowledge in Transaction Banking products offered by global financial institution.
• Excellent professional skills, including verbal and written communication, presentation, time management and stakeholder management.
• Experience in interacting with regulatory agencies, internal audits and/or reg exams.
• Demonstrate critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills:

• Prior experience in Transaction Banking will be a plus.
