RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the Teachers and AHPs to prepare and assess student's readiness for job attachments and job placements.
• Identify and provide support to develop the students' confidence and interest in the job before job attachments.
• Source and arrange for job attachment opportunities for students. (School based, community based and industrial based).
• Provide job matching for students.
• Analyse and evaluate the suitability of the job site.
• Prepare the students for job attachments.
• Negotiate a set of employment terms with the employer after the attachment if applicable.
• Provide continued support and guidance to the students on the job.
• Work closely with families, teachers, community partners and employers in supporting students during the job attachment period and to be work ready.
• Work closely with other school staff to support and improve vocational curriculum and resources.
• Work with teachers and staff to contribute and support students IEP/ITP. • Conduct training/sharing with school staff on trends used to support students at the worksite.
• To develop training plans and materials to conduct in house training for students to prepare them for work, with accommodations and adaptations where necessary. (eg: Travel training, interview skills, grooming skills etc in collaboration with other school staff)
• To conduct pre- and post-vocational assessments of the students.
• Submit, upkeep reports and records related to attachment and job interviews. • Plan, carry out and monitor attachment in school, when attachment out of school is not available.
• Plan and co-ordinate work exposure activities such as learning journeys and Job shadowing for students.
• Work with TPC and post school agency/employer to ensure smooth transition into School-to-Work transition programme and post school services, including EDC and the MATM process.
• Support school programme to enhance students' holistic learning experience.
• Educate, communicate & work collaboratively with students' caregivers/case workers & employers to jointly support & sustain students' work attachment and experience.

9. Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment
10. Interpret construction plans and instructions from supervisors to carry out building tasks

Position Summary:

The role also includes quoting for event styling and handling client inquiries with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Design and Proposal Creation

• Conceptualise and develop event themes and designs tailored to client visions.
• Prepare high-quality mood boards, sketches, and drawings to visualise event styling concepts.
• Utilise design tools like Canva to create polished proposal presentations that inspire clients.
• Ensure all proposals align with brand standards and client expectations.

2. Client Inquiry Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
• Understand client needs and translate them into actionable design and event plans.
• Provide clear, accurate quotations for event styling services and décor elements.

3. Event Planning and Coordination

• Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure all event elements align with their goals and requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of products and services.
• Manage the selection and booking of event venues.

4. Event Styling

• Oversee the execution of event décor, floral arrangements, and styling elements.

5. Team and Vendor Management

• Lead a team of coordinators, stylists, and support staff.

• Develop and manage event budgets to maximise profitability.

• Oversee the setup, execution, and teardown of events to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploman in Event Management, Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role, with a focus on styling and design.
• Exceptional creative talent with experience in preparing mood boards, sketches, and drawings.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Requirements

The SALES Manager is responsible for maintaining the operational of the office (Bukit timah branch) as well as ensuring sales target of the sales consultant are achieved monthly. Reporting to the Director, his/her role will establish and maintain sales target achievable by each sales consultant without compromising cohesiveness among the colleagues.

· Responsible for achieving sales targets of the branch office assigned by the Director

· To assist the Director to manage and grow the branch business in bukit timah area. Areas of responsibility include Sales Consultant monthly target, Forecasting and Reporting management and Proposals and Contracts administration management.

· Liaises with both internal and external parties necessary to ensure sales target success: Company Management, Suppliers, Workers and the customers
