• Preparation of all pastry ingredients.
• Prepare, weigh and measure ingredients with accuracy.
• Making dough, Mousse cream, batter, knee Tart, Pie, Cookies and Cakes.
• Layering and Decorating of Pastries and Cakes.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by Patisserie Chef.
• Assist in stock taking of ingredients, utensils, supplies and equipment.
• Store and / or package ingredients and products neatly and cleanly.
• Adhere to Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) of kitchen.
• Maintains high standard of personal hygiene, sanitation, cleanliness and safety of kitchen.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirement

• GCE O Level and above

Job Scope

• Assist Tender / Contract Manager in preparation and submission of Tenders.
• List the scope of work and commercial requirements in order to determine the risks of the project.
• Create Tender File in order to have proper tender management tracking and monitoring.
• Prepare and follow-up on the Request for Quotations to suppliers / sub-cons in order to ensure tender costing and technical data to be submitted on time.
• Collate price comparison, costing summary and technical proposal in order to prepare tender submission.
• Study the addendum and / or corrigendum documents and update costing summary with technical proposal accordingly.
• Prepare and update tender submission documents on time.
• Maintain relevant documentation in an orderly and proper manner.
• Prepare presentation slides necessary for the tender interviews.
• Any other works / duties that are assigned by Superior.
• Prepare plans and documents for quotations to suppliers that will be used as basis for pricing.
• Obtains, compiles and evaluates quotations from the respective suppliers / vendors according to tender requirements.
• Prepare bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, material sourcing, measuring and estimating materials and labour costing.
• Carry out the detailed breakdown pricing.
• Understanding of Tenders with respect to scope of work, pricing schedule and non-material requirements.
• Attend onsite and consultants’ architects and associate consultants in the administration of projects.

Requirement

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3 years’ experience in tender management role (construction industry – electrical for building).
• Knowledge in HT LV, ELV systems, and ACMV / Fire systems is an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify responsibilities under the WSH Act, interpret WSH policies, procedures and program. Educate workers on WSH policies, procedures. Implement and monitor participation and consultation for the management of WSH. Implement and monitor organization risk management procedures.
• Conduct training for staff & workers to create awareness of Safety Measurement
• Maintaining WSH management systems
• Reviewing safety management systems and making recommendations for improvement
• Maintaining and monitoring a safe and healthy working environment
• Managing safety audits on site
• Investigating workplace accidents, incidents, non-conformities, or non-compliance
• Conducting safety induction courses for contractors, staff, and customers
• Evaluation on the Safety Performance of all subcontractors
• Participating in project safety coordination meetings
• Participating in planned joint inspections with customers
• Assessing and reviewing WSH for works to be carried out at premises

Requirements:

• Registered WSHO & ECO.
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in construction industry
• Diploma in Engineering/ Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent will be preferred

1. Assist the Project Manager to plan, monitor and control daily works at the project sites, able to read and drawing M&E drawing by using AutoCAD.

2. Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.

3. Comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.

4. Implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.

5. Take responsibility for prevention of work-related injury and ill health.

6. Ensure that project operations and document control procedures are adhered to.

7. Plan, coordinate and monitor M&E subcontractor’s activities at project sites.

8. Maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices.

9. Ensure that all M&E works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.

10. Ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans, quality control mechanisms are being used and results are conformed to specifications.

11. Submit sample materials and calibration certificates to consultants for approval.

12. Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

13. Accountable for the quality, safety, health and environmental management and performance at the project site.
