Contract Admin Executive (6 Months) - Covering Maternity Leave

Responsibilities:

• Manage contract renewals with customers, ensuring they are completed before the current contracts expire.
• Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support inventory management tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist the manager in preparing quotations for customers.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system.
• Perform general filing and handle correspondence efficiently.
• Answer and screen incoming phone calls effectively.
• Undertake any other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or related field
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in related field
